Going with a 3. Not bad, not great. Improvement needed for me to give a 5. Place was packed with families of all ages, groups of teenagers, and groups of college students.1. No wait. Was told to find an open table. 2. Greeted by waitress that took our drink order and ordered a fried mushroom appetizer. It was ok. Luke warm, maybe sitting under a heat lamp. I know this because my dad owned a similar place for 8 years. It took 6-8 minutes to cook fried mushrooms in 350 degrees grease (if you are not busy). Ranch was delicious! Our mushroom appetizer came out before our drinks did. Very quick!!! Owell!!! We're decent.3. Wife ordered chicken Philly with a side salad. She said both were very good. Her Philly looked good and would be something that I would order next time.4. I had 10 wings rolled in hot and a side of fries. Both were very good. 5. I took away a star because the floor was dirty around us. I watched those cleaning tables wipe the paper trash (straw wrappers and napkins) into the floor. No one bus-Ing the tables put any extra effort in making sure that the trash was picked up under the tables or floor. I saw several chicken bones on the floor. Kind of disgusting. 6. My waitress was good. I left here a 25% tip. She had food out to us, checked on us 3-4 times, and kept tea glasses full.7. Minus a star because I watched two ladies butcher 6 tables. 4 of the tables were college/ high school students. Both were very good behavior, but seemed that the waitresses could care less. Never refilled drinks, never brought ketchup as asked, did not bring boxes to go. Kind of ridiculous!!!Overall...3 stars. Improvement needed in 2 areas!

NO SAUCES with Togo food ever. Waste my time, gas, and money to get food delivered with no sauces for the tenders or wings. Who the heck wants food without sauce.... And I pay for delivery to have to drive back to get the dang sauce for the lady/manager who knows to be rude. Stop forgetting stuff in Togo orders pay more attention snf give some decent customer service if someone is upset they have to drive an extra half hour to get back snf eat cold food. Terrible. Go elsewhere to somewhere who cares. It's a shame because their food is actually really good if you can get the sauce with it

I've been visiting Wingbonz since their inception and I absolutely love their wings and fried pickles. I've had many dine-in and to go order experiences here and I've never been personally dissatisfied. Is it perfect, absolutely not, but show me any eatery that is. However, if you properly temper your expectations, you will be not be disappointed, as their wings, sides and sauces are pretty darn great. This is a popular eatery for a very good reason. Great wings, sauces and sides, with nice portion sizes and very reasonable prices. What's not to love?

I was disappointed this time around. We ordered take out and the wings and chicken tenders were SOAKED in BBQ sauce to the point of being soggy and unable to eat. My 10 year old loves the chicken tenders but would not eat more than one bite. I'll give it another shot for good measure. Hope for better results.

food is great but the staff is rude and disrespectful and the people who where at the table next to mine where very loud and we asked nicely to get them to be quiet but they where still very loud and you couldn't enjoy your meal because they where being very loud but out waitress handled it the best she could so we are thankful for that

My grandson treated us one day, He asked if we ever ate at Wingbonz, I said no where is it, He showed us the menu, and he said this is good, this is good. He order take out, His grandfather order chicken tender and fries, i order the chef salad, this was three months ago, We have been eating there ever since twice a week, The chef salad is to die for and the phillysteake. Wingbonz thank you for serving Rock Hill. Make sure i get eggs on my salad i did'nt get any the last time. I live in Rock Hill SC

Wings are wonderful and the price is ok with inflation prices great place great personalities. The floors at bit slippery be careful overall great

I used to love coming here - not really sure what changed but the food isn't really great anymore & our server was rushing us. We had to flag her down multiple times for refills & box, she never once checked on us. Both times she walked away while we were in the middle of speaking to her. Also when we were in the middle of ordering, she had her hand out to take our menus while we still needed them. Also, the floor was extremely sticky and slippery. Overall, we just felt really rushed & not taken care of. In fact, a sever that wasn't even ours came over & took over. I hate writing this because I truly used to love this place. I know places are understaffed right now & I definitely have empathy for that, but it was just a lot of bad.

We placed an online order and it was done pretty quickly 15-20min. We ordered wings extra crispy, tenders, raw fries crispy and fried pickles. All with sauces on the side. I go in to get the order and go to car and check it, raw fries are missing. I go back in and let them know they came right out with one. I get home and the raw fries are half empty, cold, greasy and limp. The fried pickles were cold, hardly any breading on them and soaked with grease. Wings weren't crispy. The only thing that was right were the tenders. We paid extra for ranches and they were all half empty. We weren't given all the wing sauces either. Spent $80 and wasn't worth it at all.

Came in on a Sunday night the waiter went out of his way to greet and take our order. Service was truly exceptional and the wings were phenomenal. Thank you for the experience!
