Whitehead Manor Conference Center

I had my wedding here in May 2010. I think we were one of the first weddings they ever had. It was a hot, beautiful day and the lady helping us was delightful. The price was decent and the grounds are just beautiful.

I've had the pleasure of attending two very different but equally pleasant events at Whitehead Manor. Two years ago, my department had an offsite retreat in Whitehead's conference center. The staff was extremely accommodating and the high ceilings, spacious conference rooms, and natural light made for a great environment for some very intense strategic planning discussions.This past weekend I attended a wedding at Whitehead Manor and was equally pleased with the grounds and the staff. I was honestly a bit nervous that the space might be a bit cramped, especially because it rained all weekend, but the large porches and breezeways helped limit crowding.If you're looking for a conference center or special even venue that's got Southern charm and is conveniently situated between Ballentyne and Uptown, then Whitehead Manor is the place for you!

I recently got married at the Whitehead Manor Conference Center, and hands down it is the best place in Charlotte to get married. Not only is the venue absolutely beautiful but the women who work the wedding are amazing. They turn the venue into exactly what you want and you get every inch of the property. I could go on for hours about how amazing they are but please do your self a favor and check them out fist before you go anywhere else. IT WILL BE WORTH IT!!!!!!

My husband and I were married at Whitehead Manor on 5/7/16 and the whole staff was incredible throughout the entire process. Ashton was our coordinator and she is AMAZING!! She was available any time I had a question or needed help with something and worked hard to ensure that every single detail was exactly as I imagined for our big day! Paris and Karen were both extremely helpful and accommodating, they both met us at the property on 2 different occasions to accommodate us traveling from out of town (we live in Raleigh). They were both there on the day of to help with things as well and ensure everything went according to plan. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous, and it made a perfect setting for the wedding of our dreams. I highly recommend Whitehead Manor as a venue and their staff to anyone looking to host a wedding, event, or conference!

We cannot recommend Whitehead Manor enough! They feel like family now after planning, rescheduling, and replanning our wedding over the past year. Whitehead's staff could not have been more flexible or committed to making our wedding day a success. Lauren, with her positive attitude and constant support, went above and beyond helping us with decision making and planning from moment one! We cannot thank Lauren enough for helping to make our big day finally happen!!Whitehead Manor's southern charm was exactly what we wanted to show off to our guests. Our guests all raved about the gorgeous grounds, hospitable staff and overall ease of our wedding day.

We got married at Whitehead Manor and could not have dreamed of a better day! Everything we envisioned for our day came to life at Whitehead Manor and it was perfect. Not only was the day great, working with this staff on planning and day-of-details was stress free and as a bride, thats a huge gift! Also, the grounds are beautiful, ceremony to reception flowed nicely, and the best part was when our guests would tell us "I can't believe we're in the middle of Charlotte!". If the photos you see of Whitehead Manor is the vibe you are going for, I HIGHLY recommend because it's what you will get!

We got married at Whitehead Manor on March 20th, and it's the best decision we ever made. We keep on saying we made the best choice picking Whitehead Manor as our venue. Not only is it BEAUTIFUL and fit our vision perfectly, but the staff is amazing, so accommodating, and so great to work with, the location is accessible and in a great part of town, the venue has great vendors as partners.... I could go on and on. Whitehead Manor was amazing to work with from the beginning and made our wedding planning process and our wedding day go so smoothly. Amanda was our coordinator and I am so glad she was there to guide us along the way! She was so organized, always available when I had questions, and so sweet! Whitehead truly had everything we needed and went above and beyond for us in every aspect. Our guests commented on how beautiful they found the venue, and how much fun they had. The landscape and layout of the venue gives way for a perfect outdoor wedding. If you are looking for a venue to host an outdoor romantic, Southern, traditional wedding with a team who has your back and helps you every step of the way, look NO further than Whitehead Manor! We wish we could relive our wedding day again and again!
