The food is good but the customer service is pretty awkward and unwelcoming. When you walk in, nobody greets you, like at most places. None of the staff is smiling, just kind of staring at you and waiting for your order, which I suppose is fine, just strange. The place wasn't busy at all when I went, and the food was really fresh, hot, and yummy. There was no line, and the place was very clean. While my son and I ate at a table, the staff just kind of stared us down. Again, no big deal as the food was good but couldn't hurt to be a bit more friendly and welcoming to your customers if they're nice and smiling at you. Just a weird feeling in there.

Love this place. Great burgers and onion rings, lots of options, and the burgers are flat and wide which makes them way easier to eat. Never personally had the awkwardness that some reviews stated but then again those are spanning a couple years ago.

What a mess I came here to Russian to get me something really fast to eat because my sugar is dropping and they only do one customer at a time. This is the country bumpkin store, and I will never come here again. I might die standing in line just to get a drink.

This place has been a fixture of downtown Concord for many decades. They have good burgers. They also have a really good breakfast. The staff is friendly. The place is clean. They have a 98.0 sanitation grade. They are cash only but they have an ATM next to the register. I don't veer far from the cheeseburger all the way and a cherry lemon Sundrop unless it's for breakfast. Their prices are very fair for what you receive.

NEED TO UPDATE HOURS. We went in at 8:55 on Saturday night & couldn't figure out why the girl taking our order was so rude. We got our drinks & then went & sat down. She follows us to the booth & says: "YOU KNOW YOU CAN'T DINE IN, RIGHT"? I was like, "No, I had no idea. Why are you saying that?" She then proceeds to tell me that they close at 9. They used to close at 10pm on Saturday nights. I even checked online to make sure before we went -- I hate showing up somewhere last minute. Sure enough, online it says 10pm. HAD WE KNOWN THEY CLOSED AT 9PM, WE WOULD HAVE NOT SHOWED UP @ 8:55PM.

Stopped in to pick up a burger. It was my first time. Cashier explained the menus, I said 6 times that I wanted something with bacon on, she told me I could add bacon to anything. So I ordered the Ranch burger WITH bacon and paid extra for the bacon. My order was to go. Got home.....no bacon. Very disappointing and Th he burger was not that great.
