whaley farm Brewery

Whaley is one of our favorite breweries. A lot of their beers are made from ingredients from their farm. In addition to great ambiance and friendly staff, they feature local produce to take away and a fantastic pizza truck.Good bar to sit at and tables inside and out for larger groups / kids. Only about 25 minutes east of Asheville in Old Fort and right off the 40 so very convenient to stop into while road tripping. We also stop here when passing by because the beers are unique and the produce great for making a fresh meal when you arrive home or at your destination.

Located along the main street, it is easy to find. Parking is plentiful with a handicapped space near the entrance, which is along the side of the building. There is a small patio for outside seating. The interior is very clean and includes several tables.The beertender (owner's wife) was very knowledgeable about the various beer offerings. The taps included a very interesting mix of styles so there is something for every taste. There is also a cooler of local food products we selected several items from.This was a great place to stop on our travels and certainly worth a stop if you are passing through. I know I would be a regular if I lived nearby.

Whaley's is such an amazing addition to the area! Absolutely delicious beverages crafted with care and quite a few are renditions of older recipes. An ever changing selection to try keeps you on your toes and looking forward to the next masterpiece to leave their brew rooms! If you're unsure what kind of bevvy tickles your fancy, just ask! The small staff has suggestions ready for you! The location is fantastic, parking can get tight on busy nights, but they do have a private lot and lots of off street parking around. Welcoming seating can be found inside along with a selection of local produce and goods, and picnic tables outside, including some in a grassy area to bring your four legged pal. They've just opened a new food truck that is serving up rustic hand crafted pizzas sure to satiate any pizza aficionado! A must try for those that appreciate quality crafted beverages.

Cool brewery next to Hillman. Great cold brews selection. Also have a pizza truck. . Botanical Saison for me and Black Rye Lager for hubby.

I've been going here since they opened! It's been outstanding every time, extremely well crafted brews, focusing on old world styles. I thought that it couldn't get better then they add outstanding pizza. Great addition to Old Fort.

We came up on this brewery as we were driving through town. It's a very small brewery. Not many options to choose from. If Good for vegans.
