Westwood Bar-B-Que

Stopped here for lunch on our travels and decided to get the buffet. So reasonable at a bit over $26 for us both. The restaurant is comfortable, the waitress is accomadating. We decided on the buffet: fried chicken, bbq chicken, beans, cabbage, hush puppies, sweet potatoes, liver mush, bbq ribs coleslaw, cheesecake dessert, brownies were at the buffet line along with a few other food items. Food was very tasty, hot and one could go back for more. We enjoyed our lunch.

Stopped by for a to go order. Picked up a pound of chopped pork( vinegar based sauce), hush puppies and slaw. Service was well organized and quick.Looking around the dining area I plan to go in to enjoy their all you can eat buffet. Priced reasonably.

If you're looking for good BBQ in Hartsville then look no further! Family owned and a staple in the community. Buffet style, with delicious ribs, pulled pork, and fried chicken, probably the best fried chicken I've ever had! Great sweet tea which is a must if you're eating BBQ. All the sides you could want and mouth watering delicious.

We eat at Westwood regularly. Some days the food maybe off a little. Sometimes the fried chicken is a little dry. The service mostly is good. The price is very reasonable. I would say 85% of the time the food is Great. I would also say even on the off days it is good and not bad enough to complain about. I have always enjoyed eating there. Everyone that works there are always friendly. They have a great variety of food to choose from. Hash, chicken and dumplings, cabbage, beans, ribs, fried chicken, two types of bbq, and much more.

Service is not the best. Tables are not cleaned completely. Food under tables pretty bad. Food is ok but I definitely had better. It's kind of cheap so I guess you get what you pay for. Don't really recommend

My husband and I had come here for some take out barbecue. He loaded up the container and we split it when we got home. The take out is sold by weight. It appears to be a local jaunt and neat, friends and neighbors greeted one another. It was nice.We brought our food home and enjoyed our ribs, chicken and pulled pork as well as sides. I loved the hush puppies! Will we go back? Absolutely! Great food at a great price. Not fancy, but down home good.

Westwood is one of my favorites. The food is always good and the restaurant is always clean.

A classic South Carolina BBQ buffet restaurant. You know that when they are only open Thursday to Sunday. I was not disappointed after deciding to stop here for lunch rather than go to a typical chain fast food place. Unbelievable selection of food and desserts. Very good BBQ and their sauce is awesome. For $12 you can't get a combo at Chick-Fil-A for that much. All you can eat quality southern cooking for the same price. Can't wait to go back!

Westwood BBQ was always a place I stopped at for BBQ when passing through Hartsville, SC. However, the last two times I have been there the food has not hot at all. It was barely room temperature. I am not sure if WestWood BBQ is under new ownership, but the quality of the food seems to have gone down over the last year or two..
