Wasabi Sushi

the sushi from this place turned my toilet into hiroshima. I was squirting toxic liquid out of my rear end for 2 hours straight last night. I've never had that happen to me in my life.

Not a big fan of sushi and not really sure how much I trust mall sushi but Wasabi Sushi needed to be check off my Top 100 checklist so I gave them a try. I ordered the Shu Mai appetizer. There are 6 pieces in an order. I originally was going to get a Bubble Tea but I didn't see the point because o don't like boba. The Shu Mai was frozen and took about 10 minutes to make. I took that time and did a little shopping in a near by store. My order was ready in the 10 minutes. It was bagged up on waiting at the counter. This Shu Mai was different than any other Shu Mai I've had before. It had a tiny shrimp on top. It was a little fishy to me but overall I enjoyed it. The special dipping sauce was a nice compliment. Love love love this place!! I come here at least once a week for their sushi!! It's great quality with prices that can't be beat with the sweetest staff!! Everyone I've brought here absolutely loves it and we will continue to come here for our sushi.

I've worked in this mall for two and a half years and I often get my lunch here. I've seen the same employees the entire time I've been here and my food is good every single time. I was here so often it got to the point where I didn't have to tell them my order anymore . From order to pick up, my order is always ready under 10 minutes. My niece loves sushi so I let her pick out 8 or so Sushi rolls for her birthday and she loved it! Of course the staff is amazing! Im pretty basic but usual is the California Roll and the Salmon Nigiri. Great tasting, affordable, and fresh sushi spot.

Pictures are worth 1,000 words? We'll just know this was ate within 15 minutes of ordering. The people here are nice too.

This place is absolutely amazing! The service is good, the food is IMPECCABLE and I've never had an issue. I get the volcano roll every time I am on lunch break at the mall and every time it is perfect. 10/10 recommend!!!!

It's been years since I've been there but the last time wasn't a good experience. The restaurant was clean & not too crowded. My food was not good.

Great fast sushi in an unassuming location. Check under the stairs by the food court. I have gone back multiple times since. The sushi is delicious and staff is friendly.

Best kept secret sushi bar.Hidden under the escalator near the food court at Carolina Place Mall is one of the best, and most affordable, sushi bars in Charlotte.My personal favorite is the salmon skin handroll. Nobody makes it as well. Anywhere.Great spicy rolls. Fantastic assortment and selection. They even have great bubble tea. Treat yourself. It's great.

Don't let the little spot under the escalator fool ya, this place knows good food! The freshest, tastiest sushi around! The service is friendly and warm. 10/10
