Vito's Pizzeria of Pinehurst

This is the best Italian restaurant I have ever been to in a while it's hard to find good Italian food the atmosphere was wonderful and the staff are nice and professional.

Vito's has been an institution in Moore county for many years. Best pizza in town, New York style. The other dishes are pretty basic, manicotti, eggplant Parmesan, etc. It's not gourmet style it is basic New York/ New Jersey moderate priced fare. Irritations? They are cash only. They can take quite a while especially Friday Saturday night as they are very popular, and the restaurant and kitchen are small. Last night to order a pizza it would take one hour to be ready. And you have to pick it up, no delivery. Once you understand those basics, and can deal with it, it could become one of your favorite go to places for decent quick Italian and pizza.Good specials like clams with linguine and white sauce.

This pizza has great crust! I am a crust snob and this is one of the best. Pizzas have tons of toppings and super taste sauce. We got side salads as well and really liked the creamy Italian dressing. Service was quick and friendly - glad she told me cash or check only when I called in the order. Pizzas were ready just as expected. Great food! It will be a go to for us.

I came here after seeing the Barstool One Bite Pizza Review. This place did not disappoint. The owner was a really cool guy and talked to me while I was getting my pizza. The pizza was great! Very nice cheese and just the right amount of crisp to the crust. Highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area.

I rarely give 5 stars, but over the years, this place just delivers each time. I absolutely love this place. If you can find the time to dine in as opposed to getting your food to go, do it!! The wine selection is great too! As close as I can get to ny pizza in Moore Co

Ordered two luncheon specials earlier today. Bottom of pizza crust was over-cooked and hard to chew. Lady taking to-go orders at register was quite rude. When I asked to possibly change our order to eating-in since we didn't realize a salad came with our order and, in fact, we didn't want to eat salads while sitting in our car, she curtly told me that I should have made that request when I originally placed my order. Only one table was occupied with diners when I made my request, so seating wasn't a problem,I'll think long and hard before visiting their Pinehurst location again.

Vitos's pizza is the only authentic NEW YORK STYLE pizza in Moore County. All of the entrees and specials are wonderful. I have been dining with Vito since 1980. We are fortunate that he came to Moore County to serve us wonderful meals from his native Italia. Buon appetito.

First time eating here , we came from a campground in Jackson Springs, the food was good but this place has only 3 tables for 4 people and 2 tables for two people , waited 45 minutes to be seated they need a bigger place , the kitchen was bigger than the dining
