This was my first visit to Vitality Bowls, and I ordered the Chimichurri Steak Wrap and the Green Glow Bowl. The food was absolutely delicious and prepared to perfection. Despite feeling under the weather with limited taste and smell, the flavors still came through beautifully. The superfoods definitely live up to their name, as they left me feeling much better. Everything was incredibly fresh and satisfying. I'll definitely be coming back!My only complaint, and the reason for 4 stars instead of 5, is the frustrating ordering process. They require almost all of your personal information--short of your social security number--just to place a to-go order. Creating an account felt unnecessary and made the process much longer than it should have been. I almost gave up, but I'm glad I stuck with it because the food was exactly what I needed. It was prepared quickly and right on time.Let me know if you'd like further tweaks!

I've ordered from this place a few times before and always order pick-up so I have no comments about my experience eating inside the place. I typically get the Dessert Bowl with a few modifications and my order always gets received correctly and tastes exactly how I like my açaí bowls to taste. They allow parking validations which is great for South End with the amount of pay parking there which is a great plus.

Restaurant is clean and bright. The food was good. We came here for the first time because we had a coupon. My husband and I ordered an açaí bowl and the avocado toast. Avocado toast was good, but nothing to write home about - just a basic slice of wheat toast with smashed avocado. I did like the addition of seeds and feta. Açaí bowl was good - a good size and lots of yummy toppings.The service left something to be desired - the server that took our order was very clearly not excited to be at work today, and acted as if we were bothering her by ordering.

If you're looking for a Superfood Cafe, this is your spot. They have everything from smoothie bowls to wraps to sandwiches and salads. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, so nice! The Superfood bowl was my favorite but I also really liked their seasonal Love Bowl. You MUST order either the Chimichurri Wrap or Panini. One of the most flavorful sandwiches I've had.

Great place for healthy grain bowls and panini sandwiches. The restaurant was very clean and wasn't crowded. The staff was very professional and took care of my needs and suggested that I order the chicken panini which was delicious and filling. Whenever you're uptown please check this place out as I'm a new customer.

The cook hasn't changed his gloves after touching the screen to take orders, picking up the phone, and then going back to finish orders. I get it's busy during certain times but that's extremely unsanitary. Pretty sure that's a health food safety violation. The food comes out cold/undercooked because whoever is over this store hasn't hired enough people to fulfill orders during rush hours. The workers aren't bad could be friendlier but I can see why they aren't. They're probably underpaid and clearly overworked. I don't blame them I blame the manager. Hire a new one.
