Victory Lanes Events & Entertainment Center

We loved this place! They had sooo many different forms of entertainment, it was our first time as our friends brought us here for a little double date. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We did bowling, pool and arcade games. It was so much fun but the cherry on top for us was Russel. He assisted us with check in/ check out and with the arcade. He was so nice, there should be more staff like Russel!! I will note; while we were bowling we also had staff come up to us multiple times to check in and ask if we needed anything. I would come back here again 10/10!

Super overpriced.$150 for 2 people for 3 hours, about 3 times the cost of other bowling alleys in the area, quality is no better, was told there was a 40 minute wait, took over an hour. Some of the staff members are nice, but there are much better options. Not coming back.

This place is a joke. Overpriced family entertainment. The front desk staff is rude and the opposite of inviting. If you are desperate for something to do, don't overpay and go to Groupon. Avoid the food, not only is it super over priced it's AWFUL. I could make you something in my air fryer that tastes better and is 1/3 of the price. The owner stands around with his hands in his pockets while the bar and front desk area have lines 10 people deep.

Bar tender terribly slow. Will never come back!!!! Not a good time. When will this be corrected?? Never saw a server... they are all eating in the kitchen & huddled in corners talking... this place could make sooo much more money. Needs new management.

We had an absolute ball here. What a great way to spend a Sunday afternoon! We bought a Groupon and were treated awesome! We played pool for an hour then bowled for 2 hours. Everything was great. Only complaint we had was the mozzarella sticks came cold. The place was hopping and everyone was having a good time. Will definitely go back for more !

Ok. Someone recommended this place and I was excited for a couples day time date night. It was too open with more families than couples fun. Front desk was courteous and the bartender at Woobly Butt Brewery was great. However people would NOT observe proper lane etiquette which frustrates me . Ruined the experience for me. Probably will not come again.

They are basically never open to the public. They never have any lanes open, not from it even just being busy they always have some type of group nights. Been in about 3 times the past week and every time nothing is available because of an event they have going on. I do not recommend... ended up going to spare time in huntersville 10/10 experience didn't even have to wait on a friday night.

Got the adult size Texas toast grilled cheese with pimento cheese. What a major disappointment. The bread wasn't close to a 1" slice. The tomato size was fresh but was thicker then the pimento spread. They only add a thin layer on one slice of bread. Tasted more of the tomato then the pimento cheese, which had very little flavor. The pimento was cold. The toasted slice of bread was also cold. Nothing was grilled about this sandwich. I would not recommend the Adult gelled cheese. Victory lane food flavor and quality had dropped.

Had our company Christmas party here. Multiple cases of food poisoning. DO NOT EAT ANYTHING HERE YOU WILL GO TO THE ER

Checked in at 10 pm had the hour till you close, played our first game in less than 20 min. Come to the counter to ask to reset the screen and was told no when I rightfully paid for an hour. You should maybe think of a cut off time if you don't want people there after a certain hour. Very poor attitude from the majority of the staff and the so called "owner". I get wanting to close at 11 but your sign says you are open till 11, like I said have a cut off hour or don't cut them off.
