Venecia Italian & Greek New York Style Pizzeria

I had the lasagna again which is always so rich and meaty! The cheese and noodles were cooked just right, too! Mom didn't want lasagna tonight so she tried the chicken fingers and fries. She thought the chicken fingers were too salty, but I tried one and dint think it was salty at all. The salad was good as usual with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, carrot shavings, some purple cabbage, and red onions. I had the ranch dressing which was good. I also ordered a side of mozzarella sticks to try them out. They were either overcooked or the fryer needed to have the oil changed. The marinara sauce was great!The employees were attentive and very friendly, not just to me, but to everyone who came in. There was a group party there for the evening, and the restaurant had a good vibe with plenty of patrons eating in tonig

I had a very unsatisfactory experience at this place, the food was good but I was overcharged tip by the waitress. I went to check out and she asked me what percentage I wanted to tip so I said 20. She went ahead and charged me 20 dollars instead of 20% then I proceeded to tell her the mistake and she gave me only $10 back instead of the full 20 so I could make my decision of how much I wanted to tip her. I am never ever allowing people choosing my tip ever again. Then she proceeds to tell me I should have told her 20 percent when she is the one that asked me in the first place what percentage amount. Awful experience, I had limited time to complain so I left but will be giving the manager a call.

Ringing up my order? Can't say I would ever pick up my food again. I'll just stay in the restaurant to use my tip money.Cheese steak with fries. Small amount of cold fries. Sandwich was fair. No mayo included. Worst part... No napkins included. I made a mess.

Excellent pizza, great service, they make an excellent thin crust pepperoni and mushroom pizza!

Service was over the top, and I was served my grilled chicken salad quite fast. I did, however, feel I was being pushed to hurry up and leave, even though there was only one other patron in the dining room, so I didn't appreciate the constant checking in.Upon paying my tab, I am made to feel quite uncomfortable when being asked if I want to leave a tip, and then having to tell them what percentage or amount I am going to leave.My biggest issue today was a last minute decision to purchase a slice of cheesecake to take back to the office with me. When I got back to the office, I took one bite, and it tasted "musty", so I threw it in the trash and called the restaurant to inquire about a $5 refund. The manager was put on the phone, and he told me that nobody had ever complained before. To which I responded, I am complaining now, and would like to be refunded the $5. The manager continued to be defensive, and finally gave in and said he would give me credit on my next visit. Sorry to say, as much as I like their salads, I don't appreciate the treatment, so I probably won't be going back.

Fooled by all the good reviews I decided to give this place a shot and man was I tricked good!! TERRIBLE PASTA and TERRIBLE PIZZA!! I won't judge their Greek food because we didn't order any. The servers were incredibly friendly especially the young lady with the table full of people that didn't speak the language and were incredibly rude. If you're the type of person that like MASSIVE AMOUNTS of tomato chunks in your sauce you might enjoy this place. Everything they serve was DROWNING in sauce and not in a good way! Sloppy and tasteless! It's never a good thing when restaurants drown their food in sauce. It means they're hiding something. The pizza is the same! DROWNING in sauce! Might as well be a pizza soup! I'd like to reiterate that the servers were excellent! The kitchen is what needs to be fired!

Took too long with my food food was cold now I don't wanna go back so I gave a three star for this time maybe the next time they could do better but as of now you are three it is what it is thank you

This place was recommended by a person as having awesome pizza. They failed to tell me that the pasta is AMAZING!!!!! Ya'll, the portions are huge! The staff is super friendly. The food is outstanding. I could go on and on about how good this food is, but you should definitely try it for yourself.
