My needs were not listened to, the staff was not at all knowledgeable about the product I was buying despite its growing popularity, (recycler dab rigs for the Puffco Proxy). They lied about it when confronted about it too. Not chill. Everybody knows they are overpriced because of their convenient location in the heart of Ballantyne.

I come here for my back pain relief, but was happy to also find these delicious international snacks. My daughter & I love these!

This is the closest vape shop to my house, it's within walking distance, so luckily for me the shop is great. I see reviews saying that the service isn't the best but I disagree. My husband and I come here often and we have found the service to be very good. The employees are very nice and helpful, they are knowledgeable about the products and make good recommendations. The store is small but the selection is huge. They have a large variety of CBD and Delta products.

I'll start by saying that Vapor Smoke Shop has good products at decent prices. Every employee I've encountered, other than the one I'm writing about below, is kind and helpful.However... The blue-haired manager of this shop is about as unpleasant of a person as I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. He is a completely insufferable know-it-all who will railroad the conversation. He will interrupt you and belittle you, regardless of whether you're new to the products, or if you know exactly what you're looking for. Every conversation I've had with him has put me on edge and given me incredible anxiety. And looking at some of the other reviews here, I see that I am not alone in thinking this. In particular, Elizabeth C's review summarizes this perfectly.I'm sure this slick character thinks he's super charming and helpful, but he seriously needs someone to call him on his BS. He's there pretty much every day, you'll recognize him by his hair, and if you've stopped by the shop, you've likely (unfortunately) encountered him. I think because he is there all the time, he thinks he's some dictator who can literally shout at customers "Get the hell out of my store!" when he feels like it. The customer is NOT right, when you deal with him. Here are a few examples.I had an issue with a vaporizer; the battery was faulty. Obviously not the shop's fault, it happens. I came into the shop to exchange it and from the moment the conversation started I could tell he was unhappy about the situation. I immediately felt like I was being attacked, like he was a detective trying to catch me in a lie. He insisted I had used the vaporizer (how? It doesn't have a charge). He'd ask a question, and if I wasn't ready immediately with an answer, he'd stared daggers at me as if I was wasting his time. After a few minutes I stopped the conversation and told him how uncomfortable he was making me -- and he proceeded to turn it around on me, gaslighting me and acting as if I was the one who came in with a negative attitude. He boasted that he was an Eagle Scout and that he would never treat someone like that, which was very strange. I'm sure the Eagle Scounts would not be proud of him associating how he acts with their values. At this point I called him out on how uncomfortable he was making me, and he shouted the line I wrote above: "I don't care. Get the hell out of my store!"I didn't like how this was happening, so I asked him over to the side counter, and tried to calm both of us down. This defused him. He apologized and said he was having a stressful day. So I figured, maybe this was a one time thing. However I was completely wrong.The final straw occurred this past weekend. I came in with my wife to purchase some smoking supplies. I knew exactly what we were looking for, it was just a quick shopping trip. Again, I had to deal with his insufferability. I tried to pleasantly say that I was familiar with everything we needed, but he insisted on talking down to both my wife and I, and explain things as if we were children. At one point I asked for a Raw Cone. He quickly snapped at me, "What size." I said I wasn't sure, I'd have to see them, but it was about "this long" - and I held my fingertips a certain distance apart. He snapped again - "That means nothing to me. I need a size." Who speaks like that to a customer? I left only buying a few things, and we went down the road to a different smoke shop to buy the bulk of the products.A great experience at a smoke shop can lead to a customer for life. It's a buyer's market but being comfortable at a place like that will keep someone coming back again and again. I absolutely guarantee to the owners of Vapor Smoke Shop that this manager is driving away a certain level of repeat business.

Very knowledgeable. Great customer service. Help me figure out the best match for my needs. I love all the suggestions given, and will be coming back to try out more

Not a big fan of this shop. Prices seem a bit high, had an issue with a battery pen I bought from them and they said it was a mfg defect and past 30 days so SOL, despite having been used just 3x, and the repeated 'enticements

Get selection of e juice nicotine disposables and thc. Love their THC flower and edibles

I'm so disappointed in the store... not because of the selection... Because of the guy with the blue hair. Mind you I have no problem with the color of his hair that's just the only way I can define who he is... I will go to the store if he is not there. More than one time I've opened the door seen him and left. He speaks to people like they are less than. he mansplains rather than talks to...This store could be a great store they have awesome people who really knew their stuff... Unfortunately Smurf hair guy ruined it for me. I work with the public and I would never speak to anybody in such a condescending manner.Luckily there are many other stores that I can buy the same products at. To provide some context, I moved to the Carolinas away from any of my friends that used THC /Delta 8 products and had very little knowledge, but knew that THC/Delta 8 was a godsend for my anxiety. I finally decided to find a place locally where I could purchase delta 8 in a variety of forms. I stopped in to just browse and see what Vapor had. I was instantly not only impressed but in love! The location is clean, organized, and the staff is absolutely amazing. The variety of products was amazing when I started going, and has only grown and become more extensive over the past year. On my very first trip Malikai (hope I didn't butcher that!) was welcoming and answered any questions I had, and helped me find the edibles I was looking for. The product was amazing and I knew from that moment I'd be a regular. I'm probably known as the weird girl that lets the staff pick what she's smoking but I don't mind! I trust that the staff at this store always has a great recommendation. Thanks to their selections I've tried a variety of products and they haven't steered me wrong yet. Yesterday I finally made the leap to try a water pipe. Not having much knowledge I was terrified that I wouldn't ask for the right products or know how to communicate what I was looking for. Per usual the staff never disappoint. Su took his time and showed me all of my options, making recommendations along the way and answering all 800 of my questions lolThe staff knew this was a huge step for me because I had been talking about getting the set up for ages. They were just as excited for me as I was about trying something newI've watched people of all (legal of course) ages come in to the store, and all are given a personal experience to help find the product that's right for them. My friends are always making fun of me for how much I rave about this store and how I love going in every week/2weeks. It's hard not to be excited when I know there is always something new to look forward to. I could go on for hours about how amazing this place is, but you really need to see it for yourself. Also huge shout out (for the millionth time) to the staff who through their personal picks for me have helped me to reduce my anxiety, focus inward on myself and my self growth, and have absolutely changed my life for the better! What are you waiting for??? Go visit them!
