They have been special ordering my cigarettes for years. They always have my 4 cartons waiting for me. This has gone on for years. Love them so much! It's not close to where I live but I can always count on them.

This place does not care about their customers. They sold my boyfriend a broken vape and laughed at him when he wanted a refund. They are not nice here they will not be honest with you about the vapes here it's worth more to drive to the one in Bally honestly I don't trust these people.

The employees at the sardis location are extremely rude. A part of a good business model is customer service and this is far from it. cheap ass vapes that are priced higher than they should be for the low quality that they are. dont come to this location it is absolutely awful! super rude employees

I really enjoy coming to this shop. The staff is so personable and patient. Lisa and Ravi were super helpful with helping me pick out the things I needed. They were also very knowledgeable on the merchandise in the store and gave good recommendations on what I should get for my needs. I highly recommend coming here.

Waiting in a long line and the girl working the register let the "regulars" jump in line in front of at least three customers because otherwise "they will leave a bad review".

I hated my experience here, almost got into a fight with the employee working at vapor smoke shop since he wouldn't actually price match. 1 star is being generous.
