My two girls (2 & 4) visited for the first time this morning and had a blast! You have to complete an online waiver before checking in/ purchasing a play pass. You can buy 1 hr for $10 or 2 hrs for $12. Once you check in, you get a sticker indicating the time your pass expires, you have to stick it on your child as well as yourself. Once you are inside the fenced area there's a play structure in the ball pit, a sand pit section, an area for babies (under 2), a sensory area and a foam pit where kids can climb up and jump. There Tables and chairs for adults (and kids) to enjoy drinks and snacks. Adult caffeinated beverages and kids drinks are available for purchase as well as delicious baked goods! The girls loved the freedom of running around and playing with literally everything. Mama enjoyed the peace of mind that they can't get out and the coffee & baked goods! Very easy to get to and tons of parking available in the plaza.

We love Unwind! We've gone several mornings, and the staff is always so friendly. My little guy is about to turn 2, and he has started to explore more and more of the areas every time we go. He loves the area for smaller kids with the small ball pit and sensory board. We typically go first thing in the morning, because it definitely gets busier as the morning goes on! It's $11.99/hr, so it's not too bad. Something to keep in the rotation on rainy days or super hot days! You can also get gift cards, which is one of the things we'll be asking for for his birthday. There is a lot for the kids to do, and it is really such a cute place!

Ok so it was my Grandson's first birthday and he needed a party before his actual party. So his Mama told me to meet them here. When I say this place is an ultimate play date place I may be underwhelming it. They sell coffee, light snacks for us Parentals while the kiddos play. The interactive wall was my Grandson's fave, he enjoyed the colors and the mushyness of it. The ball pit is a hot of course. They check you in, put a time on the label that you have to exit and there's a no shoe policy. I live around the corner from here and didn't know that it had replaced the gym. I am GLAD!!!!

jazz music in the background, a corner cafe inside with lattes and sweet and savory treat options, clean bathrooms..... lots of cozy booth and chair seating..... this is an affordable, fun, clean, not overwhelming space for parents or grands or caretakers of any kind to supervise their littles playing in a variety of ways. You pay for 1 hr or 2hrs, and every kid wears the required socks you get the first time you come- then just bring them back on subsequent trips. All in all- a good spot for adults and their young kiddos!

The cutest new little indoor play place!Every corner was carefully designed with purpose and every feature was put to great use. At first, upon seeing the size of the playground, I was a little worried my children would get bored quickly, but they zoomed around enjoying every bit of space they were given, easily making friends!I also tried their coffee which was delicious and strong, win win!The staff were friendly and came around frequently to make sure each area remained safe and presentable, which was nice. However, there is not enough seating for the parents, and as the playground takes center stage, it's difficult not to crowd in front of each other as we try to keep an eye on our children while they use it.Another issue I noticed is that the front door does not have a child safety feature. While I was there, I heard a mother calling for her daughter only to realize she had gone out looking for her mom in the parking lot!So, very cute, clean place, just needs to make some tweaks to accommodate seating and safety.

What a incredible Indoor Play place for young children. We had our granddaughters 2nd Birthday there yesterday. Pink and Purple and Mermaid was the theme! And they carried it out to the fullest degree, just incredible. The Cake was gorgeous. Pizza and Juice boxes and Water for all the children. Then the Cake! The play areas were perfect and in different levels for different ages. Bathrooms were clean and fresh. The whole place was extremely clean. Great Coffee Bar for the Adults! This is the best Charlotte has to offer!

Great place for many ages infant to toddler! My son loves to play in the sand- I mean what kid doesn't, but now that it's cold outside I was really impressed to stumble across this place that had an indoor sand area. We paid $16 for 2 hour play time and $5 for socks and I also tried their Beef Empanada that was one of the best empanadas I've ever had. All together my son didn't want to leave, he connected with other kids, and I truly enjoyed not having to hold his hand and felt at peace because there was nowhere for him to go out of sight. I also noticed they had someone cleaning all over, ensuring they keep everything clean which I really appreciate and take notice. I would be coming back, if I had to give one feedback for the store owner is to offer a membership fee :) ! Love this concept!

Super clean facility! I was very impressed by that part. The bright colors, pretty aura of the place, and the cute cafe tables are very welcoming. It is $10 for one hour and $16 for two hours. It is an extra $4 for socks as your child can't wear their own. However, parents can wear their own socks... go figure. I have been to other play centers with more jungle gyms and better pricing, so I wasn't super impressed for what your money pays for at Unwind. However, overall my daughter had fun. I would come back, but because it is expensive and on the smaller side, it's not somewhere I would go weekly.

My son loves this place and always has a blast. With that being said, here are the positives: coffee/food for parents, inclusive environment for those with special needs, friendly staff and sandbox area which is unique to Charlotte play gyms. And here are the negatives: Not enough seating, smaller than it looks online, overpriced ($10 for one hr, $16 for 2 is more expensive than the other play gyms in the area) and you have to buy their socks. It would be nice to just require any grip socks. Lastly, the door out into the main area doesn't shut well. This is a major safety hazard. With that being said, we go here about once a month and it's always a fun time. A little too pricey to do weekly.
