Solid ice cream spot. I liked the cookie monster and chocolate chip cookie dough. Both had a decent amount of add ins. We went here after our family outing. It's a cute ice cream shop, with great customer service and tasty ice cream (they have a big variety) I will definitely be back!!!

I've been meaning to come here for a while. My daughter loved the name and kept a asking when we would stop by. Today was a day where a special sweet treat was MUCH needed. We were greeted with friendly smiles and, happy vibes. I wasn't expecting to be as well treated as we were - fun ice cream tricks, wonderful recommendations and laughter . They have different flavors and the Cookie Monster is the popular around kids and a regular flavor in the roaster. I had the rum raisin which was delicious. They suggested to pair it with the "death by chocolate" which as appealing as it sounds I had to skip the extra scoop. However with the prices beeing so nice two scoops are a must. Will return again! If you haven't been here I recommend it's a small and cute spot that takes you back to life's simple and sweet pleasures. ATT!!! The canister by the register IS NOT trash! It's where you tip. Do not embarrass yourself like I did, leave a tip instead. ;)

Very good ice cream. The one in the picture is vanilla with sprinkles and cake. They even had two vegan flavors if you can't have dairy.

After seeing Two Scoops' reviews, I knew I had to stop by while I was in the area. When I walked in, I wasn't immediately sold on any of the flavors -- each seemed to have something going on that I wasn't a fan of. I considered not getting anything, but decided to give it a try and went with a single scoop (half and half) of the coffee/caramel/ oreo and peanut butter/nutter butter/do-si-dos. So glad I did because this was some of the best ice cream I've ever had....super creamy and flavorful without being toothache-sweet. Totally recommend!

I love the ice cream at 2 scoops. The customer service is A1. They are patient and attentive to their customers! The ambiance is fun and relaxed. I've been there multiple times and have not been disappointed!

I love this ice cream shop. One of Charlotte's three local creameries (Golden Cow and Elizabeth Creamery being the other two that are local to Charlotte) and it never disappoints. I come here fairly often, always bring visitors I have in town, and come with locals whenever I need a fix. Despite the local creameries, it's main contender in town however is a big-named, national chain, Jeni's. In my experience being a sweet-tooted consumer eating at both, a taste test between comparable flavors, Two Scoops wins out not only in taste, but price per serving and quantity of serving. The data says: come support local!Best overall flavors in my opinion are Shipwrecked (chocolate lovers) and Biscoff, but Stewbrew, a coffee flavored ice cream might be a new contender, but follow your flavor profile. Most popular is likely the cookie monster, considering it's whimsical blue coloring. Best seasonal flavors are the Gingerbread and "Not your Mama's pumpkin pie." The only one that might needs reworked is the Fruity Pebbles flavor, it needs a bit more in my opinion, but I've had a friend or two claim it as their go-to. However, no shortage of great picks.The Plaza Midwood location is the original shop, opened in 2016 by three best friends. However, there are several other locations that serves the same great ice cream.

My goodness! I stopped by Two Scoops, for the first time ever, a couple of days ago and fell in love. The inside is so colorful and cute. I couldn't stop taking pics of the murals and paintings. It's pretty cool inside! There's a good amount of seating for a smaller shop, they even have seating outside. The folks working were super chill, nice, and helpful!I loved all the ice cream options, they had a really great variety. They have a lot of choices that I haven't seen in other ice cream shops, so that was a nice surprise. I immediately knew I wanted the "cookie monster" ice cream, mainly because it's this beautiful bright blue. But also because it has just about all my fav sweets in one lol. It includes: blue food coloring in the vanilla ice cream, Nilla wafers, oreos and chips ahoy!!! How can you not order this?! Seriously. But let me tell ya'll how it was SO GOOD!!!!! I originally wanted a kids size, but I'm so glad I got the larger cup because I devoured this ice cream and now it's my new favorite. EASILY!!!!Granted my mouth was bright blue and I felt like a 5 year old LOL. But who cares, it was so worth it for this amazing ice cream. I will probably be back for more this weekend, just saying lol. Great ice cream shop in Plaza. LOVED!
