Two Scoops Creamery - Lake Norman

I love ice cream, I mean who doesn't right? So when I first learned of a new creamery opening up in Plaza midwood I had to try it, and it was amazing! I've been many times and always had a great experience. I've also visited some of the other locations, and the langtree location is also an excellent spot, and not only do they have ice cream, food is also served there. While I've not yet tried the food, the ice cream is amazing and the service is also excellent. You must stop in and try the not your mama's pumpkin pie, or pistachio, those are my favorites, but everything is good.

The ice cream is homemade and I can honestly say they have perfected their recipe!!! The service is always wonderful with a very much, family esc vibe which creates a great all around atmosphere to eat ice cream or dine in. With Moyer's Eatery attached inside!

I love ice cream. But not all ice cream is created equal. Fortunately I love Two Scoops!! I was so happy to learn there is a location in Mooresville. Took a quick trip here over the weekend to get my fix. The ice cream shop shares a space with a restaurant. I loved that they have soooo many options. Maybe too many! I narrowed it down to 5 but that was still too many. Walked out with two 1/2 scoops. Came back another day for another flavor. The portions are generous. Even the kids scoop is like a regular small. Flavor is always consistent too. My favorites are Cookie Monster, Bart, Stew's Brew, Boom and anything with praline! Visit was post COVID restrictions lifted, so no masks for patrons or employees, but I did appreciate that the person waiting on us wore gloves. He was very friendly too, they've always been friendly when I've visited here.

I LOVE making my way to Two Scoops original location on Central, so I was so pleased to see they have a location near me at Langtree! I love their Cookie Monster flavor, but the employee had me try the strawberry blonde & wow. So little piggie me got a scoops of both. :D Remixing those together was the move! SO good.

Part of the string of places owned by the Moyer Family and all are unique and excellent.Original Two Scoops was on Central Ave in Charlotte and then the opened in Mooresville on Williamson Rd. In the meantime, the same group had open spot in Langtree up here at Lake Norman.After about six month or so, they closed the location on Williamson Rd and consolidated it into the Langtree Location. You walk in and Moyer's is to your right and Two Scoops to the left. Some separation but not muchBoth are excellent and I've gone to Moyer's several times during Covid.Have not hit the Ice Cream part that often but in the cases that I did, itw was excellent./Strongly recomment

3*=A OKVisited on National Ice Cream Day1 couple on the ice cream side, a few ppl on the deli side. No masks at all, not even the staff. I had on a mask, so the lady that helped me put on one after greeting me. I got the special for ICD, and my husband got butter pecan. He stayed in the car. I promptly paid and left. I really enjoyed this flavor and it would be good to see it on a constant rotation. FYI: I wanted to support a Black Owned Business. Im still getting different answers as if the Two Scoops chain is Black owned. It's on our Yelp list as is. My 1st visit to the Central Ave location shortly after it opened, 3 gentlemen introduced themselves to me as the owners. 2 were white and 1 was black. I don't know if that is still accurate.

OK, so things didn't work out up north, that happens sometimes and it's not fun to close up shop and move but I'm hoping this works out. Two Scoops is sharing space with Moyers Lakeside Eatery in the Langtree complex. A little less convenient for me but maybe better for other folks.No more pinball but the current location has food service daily from 11:00 to 6:00 if you're so inclined. Some indoor seating is available but l'd suggest taking it outside if weather permits since there doesn't seem to be many loud stereo types in the area forcing their music preference on the general public.

Most amazing ice cream EVER! Wouldn't eat ice cream any where else! Service is great and my kids LOVE it!

Nice place with a restaurant attached. 2 scoops is about 4.95 but you get a lot of ice cream in those scoops. Totally worth it. *only problem is although there's a state mandate, you're not required to wear a mask*

The REAL deal. Hands down, best ice cream I've tasted this summer...or ever?Great seating inside. Sadly it was a rainy day when we went, but the light and bright atmosphere perked us right up. The scoopers behind the counter were really helpful. I had the Butterfinger "BART" ice cream and it was incredible. Can't wait to go back!
