Your manager is running this place in the ground. The quality of pizza was terrible. The pizza was made incorrectly and she was unwilling to make it right until the next day. I explained to her this was for someone with dietary restrictions and they added an ingredient they cannot eat. She answered the phone saying pick up's only. So she had the time to make it right and have good customer service. Her inability to problem solve is why she's "manager" at a local pizza joint on a Sunday. So keep reaching for the stars.

I don't live in town but love to visit when in the area. Ordered the Watkins glenntheu doordash. When the pizza arrived I was severely disappointed. the pizza was lacking cheese and what cheese they had was closeto burnt.We expressed the pizza wasn't good the cashier said it was fIne. We asked if she would eat the pizza she said no. Went on to say "because it's Watkins Glenn" and she didn't like it when the manager showed up.We were told they were under new management. That they could remakethe pizza but it would look the same. I got a remake with a different basea. It was okay but not what I wantedWill not be back.

Ordered through Door Dash around 9:03 p.m. and then received notice at 10:06 that the order was cancelled by the store. If you can't fulfill an order, you should cancel it much further in advance. Unprofessional and horrible customer service. Needs better management, obviously.

I ordered a pizza on line on Easter Sunday. (website said they were open). Pizza was to arrive in approx. 45 mins. , $32.72 came out of my checking. After 1 hour, I called and there was no answer. So, at this point I got in my car and drove there. THEY WERE CLOSED!!Why would they take my money, give me a conf. #, and a time my pizza would be there??So, Called Monday AM, "Clueless"!! Finally they said will refund money in 3-5 days. Ask for a coupon or discount for my trouble. He said "We ain't doin' that". So, im sure they don't care, but they have lost my business forever!! And word of mouth is everything!!

We are regular customers and enjoy their pizza. At my last visit , there was a problem with the cashier. My teenage grandson was with me and she asked him if he had Aspergers. Very insensitive and inappropriate. The food is good but the service definitely needs to improve in sensitivity training.

Last two orders we made, they gave us the wrong order. Unfortunately we placed the order through DoorDash. Called the store and the manager wouldn't even speak to me. The poor girl who answered the phone said he wouldn't/couldnt do anything about the error since we didn't order directly from them. Never offered to fix our order or provide any solution. Told us to call DoorDash. DoorDash didn't incorrectly make our order!
