I love hibachi places, since for one price you get amazing food and an amazing show. Tsuki is no different, the food here is very good and the people here are nice and very talented. They have ramune drinks here too, always fun to drink one.There is one minor downside though. The hibachi part of the restaurant is relatively small and as such it can get quite noisy. That's it for the negatives though, everything else is close to perfect.I may not have tried Tsuki's non-hibachi food yet but if the two are anywhere close in the level of quality then it must be great too. They have quite a few sushi rolls that sounded amazing to me when I read through the menu, so if you're in the mood for sushi, you can easily get something good here too.Tsuki is also where I tried zucchini for the first time since the chef gave me vegetables alongside the rest of my order, but even then it's more leftovers for me, plus I found out I liked zucchini and I might get some next time I go to a hibachi place.I don't know why this place has a relatively low rating on Yelp since I've been here a number of times and it's always been amazing. Either way, if you want hibachi dinner, this place is 100% up your alley.

Honestly the food here is done well. But if you're looking for details this won't be your sushi spot. They do have a dine in and dedicated pickup area. They do hibachi which seemed pretty good. I dont know who my second server is she was nice. The first one we had was just rude. After being weeded with two tables that already had their drinks and orders put in michelle finally came to get us our drinks. We asked for some pellegrino which is on the menu but she assured us it wasnt. Even when we pointed to it. She said "i know what the menu look like". She got us waters, tasted like tap. She asked if we wanted any additional beverages. I awnsered her, that we just wanted food. This lady wagged her finger at me and told me to "wait"! Because she was busy. I was literally awnsering the question she asked me. After we got our food she then just abandoned us. Fortunately another server took the stage dont know her name but she was awesome. Kind of wish we started with her to begin with. Also i know should be used to it. But if you're black or hispanic have fun getting stared at cause they will watch you like hawks. It is what it is. Id recommend the volcano roll. Hits the palette just right. Pair it with Rangoon, gyoza, and a rainbow roll to complete a full fleshed out meal.

We did takeout from here - I'd say it's average. Good lunch deal but it's lacking in flavor. I got a mango tango roll - you barely get the sweetness from the mango and the sauce is flavorless. It was also kinda warm which was odd but could be due to other warm items. Liked their crab Rangoon & they are a great size! The shrimp hibachi also lacks in flavor, I had to add a lot of the spicy mayo for it to have any flavor.

Went in at 1:45 pm during lunch hours before close at 3pm. The entire time we felt rushed by wait staff to order, eat, and leave. Could be normal flow to keep up with lunch crowd but there was only one other customer in the restaurant during our entire visit. We ordered the Crispy Smoked Salmon roll to start. Chose Salmon and Filet Mignon Hibachi from the lunch menu. The sushi roll was decent and thankfully was breaded lightly. Sometimes fried rolls can get a bit heavy on breading. The hibachi was okay. The salmon was over cooked and the filet was tender but mushy which made me think the steak may not have been fresh or a bad quality. The menu does offer plenty of variety.

The people are great everyone to the chef to the servers are very attentive! The restaurant has a great atmosphere and we just love hibachi they really catered to my allergies which was great.The only reason for 4 stars is the fried rice and noodles aren't very flavorful or fully cooked and fluffy like many enjoy I feel. The main food that was the most delicious was salmon cooked very well and seasoned well, the steak was pretty good, the scallops cooked so so, and the shrimp my family stated was good. We had a party of 10

Finally! Delicious hibachi in Charlotte. The sauces were really fresh and flavorful, all the vegetables had a great taste and texture, and the meat was tender. I ordered a medium, rare, filet mignon, and it was prepared more on the rare side.I thought that fifty two dollars for one entrée with one veggie roll was pretty steep pricing for takeout. The portion size were reasonable, but not large, and hibachi includes fried rice, but not noodles.Would definitely return for the flavor, less jazzed about the pricing.

Shrimp Tempura Roll and Cucumber roll. Taste alright but I've never had sushi fall apart like this is. It was a good lunch deal but not if I can barely eat it. Guy seems like it was an issue for me to ask for extra soy sauce. Probably won't be back
