Tropical Smoothie Cafe

It's time to update my review. As I have mentioned before I don't always check in or review this place mainly because I get my order via door dash or I just don't want to say anything about it because it's bad. I can't let this last visit go before I mention what happened. I feel sorry for the manager running the place . Straight up sorry for him. The young man he had helping him could not do simple math. He did not have a clue how to handle cash or make change. It was sad and really embarrassing. My drink was good but the help was really clueless.

They are playing hardcore rap in a smoothie cafe that I bring my kids to. These are typically more family friendly. Hearing the F word repeatedly over the speakers while you're waiting for your Sunrise Sunset isn't great. Obviously owners aren't in the loop of who their customers are. A PG experience is much more preferable for me when picking up my smoothie...

My first time trying this place and I had no idea they sold pizza! Their Hawaiian BBQ pizza is a must try! So flavorful, I'll definitely be back soon and maybe I'll try a smoothie next time.

I'm actually disappointed, I love tropical smoothie, but this one just did not do it for me. I went on my lunch break and knew I would hit the lunch rush but I did not imagine to spend almost 30 mins of my lunch waiting for my food because they only had one person on the register & only one person making food. I ordered the Caribbean jerk chicken wrap & was very disappointed, the ratio of chicken and lettuce was completely of I felt like I ordered a lettuce wrap instead of a chicken wrap. I really hope that they can work on maybe getting some extra people, so that they can focus on better food presentation & quality.

Great spot for healthy smoothies and wraps! Even have a couple vegetarian wraps. Service is also pretty fast usually.

I love a good smoothie and now TSC who had a Charlotte Knights smoothie has an official Carolina Panthers smoothie. A Panthers colada its tropical and refreshing. The thai chicken wrap is a healthy option with lots of flavor as well.

!!FRESH BLOOD!! My drink was prepared(no gloves) by a man who was actively bleeding a decent amount from his fingers and when I pointed that out, he insisted it was fine that he didn't touch anything in my cup. The preparation station was not cleaned afterwards, therefore contaminating everything. Submitted a complaint online but never heard anything back..

Always get good smoothies here! Today my smoothie was not the best & they remade it with no problem-remake was amazing. Thank you so much!

Didn't blend my smoothie enough and had chunks of fruit in my drink definitely not going back after my experience to this location
