All of the bowling balls are chipped really bad and the workers act like they really don't want to be there. The fountain drinks were way overpriced and the person serving them was so miserable. And the cherry on top was the guy at the front counter with the confederate flag coat and trump hat, wtf???

Connected to a furniture store, this bowling alley has all you need. Finger foods, cheap brews, socks for purchase in case your didn't bring any, and a nice clean environment that plays classic rock in the background. Five stars

After looking at the website, they had 1.89 games until close so we got pretty excited. We drove 20 minutes and got there at about 5:30 and saw a sign that said they only take cash- we could get it from the ATM or write a check if it's not working. We head over to the ATM which didn't seem to be working right. We were over there for about 10 minutes until finally it worked, but only gave us half of our money but took out the full amount from the account. We went to the cashier to tell her about the ATM and found out that they were closing the lanes for league bowling in 20 minutes and yes they take debit cards after all. Severe lack of communication. If you are closing for an event, you should post that on the website and your door as well as take signs down that are no longer valid.

I would never go there again or would I recommend anyone stopping by there. I should of took the empty parking lot as a sign not to go in. But horrible customer service. No one wanted to help is when we walked in.

This bowling facility was the worst. Service was terrible and the scoring and insetting systems were constantly breaking during the hour that were there. We asked for a complete refund and will never return. Recommendation is to find a different bowling alley.

Terminator machine took $5 without giving ne credit, lady at the counter would only cover $1. Waited 45 minutes for a lane without ever bowling.

Horrible attitudes- went at opening to have my grandson bowl, the woman at the counter told us to wait a minute. After 10 minutes standing there with out her saying anything, we left. I would not recommend it, we went 12 miles for a great experience.

My fiancée put $5 in the jukebox and it didn't register. The manager called the company that owns the machine. I asked the manager for a credit towards the games we bowled knowing that the company would get credit from the owner. She refused to give me credit based on the fact they didn't own the jukebox. This is BS; as far as customer service goes this place stinks.

Sign outside Tri City said "Open Lanes Sunday." But only 4 because of league play. After 1 1/2 hours on a waiting list we left as more league play came in. Four lanes available out of 32 is not "open lanes." Also they do not accept credit cards. There is an AMT machine available at $2.95 a transaction. Management was disinterested regarding our concerns. We called ahead to see what the wait was and were told 30 minutes. I understand alleys live and die by league play but to say they had open lanes is misleading. We will not return.
