Tottos Mexican Restaurant

This is our favorite Mexican place. We drive 35 minutes to pick it up. It's hard to place an order over the phone because they're usually busy and don't pick up. My favorite is the chori pollo but this last time they forgot the queso that goes on it. My family likes the Texas Rice.We've never eaten in the restaurant so I can't speak to the service.

I love this place, it's my favorite Mexican restaurant around. I found this place after it opened from being a food truck in the foodlion parking lot. The service is amazing and friendly, I ordered online and it was ready within 15 mins. I ordered the fajitas texanas for me and my husband to share for dinner. The meats were very tender and juicy with lots of veggies and salad. We ended up making 9 tacos out of this whole platter for a decent price for suck amazing food. I always come here when I'm craving something delicious.

So, first time here. Decided to stop by while visiting for a friend's kid baseball game. While I was greeted upon arrival, I basically had to seat myself. No problemo. Once sat, a very nice young lady came and greeted me with a menu, water, and salsa to start. Typical Hispanic food restaurant behavior. I ordered 3 tacos, two steaks, and one chicken. They we're very delicious. Very flavorful, meat tender, and juicy. The vibes are once again your typical mexican restaurant ambiance. Music is loud, and the service is decent. They just went from a food truck to an actual establishment, not so long ago so give them some grace. Otherwise, you won't be disappointed.

Food is pretty good.I didn't like paying a different amount for the same beverage 3 times of being here but returned until the last straw!I absolutely do not condone a manager being fowl to me and then being fowl to her employee in-front of me. She knew this employee just received me as a customer and was taking my order. But came up and said to her next to me interrupting me talking to bartender who was putting in orders and discussing my order, etc all at the same time. This supervisor interrupts and said, Is you intercom in your ear?"I immediately said, "She hasn't responded because she is busy giving me excellent customer service!"But I will never ever come back because you are extremely rude to me twice, rude to me interrupting the wonderful bartender interacting with me, and I won't ever give you business again because I don't condone management being nasty to me the customer and to their employee (the bartender) right in front of me! My previous experiences with staff have been great. Never seen this rude and nasty person before but won't support a business with this chaotic person bringing tension to my dining experience!! That supervisor is a lawsuit waiting to happen for causing a hostile work experience. Totally inappropriate! I'm so sorry to the nice bartender I walked out but I absolutely couldn't stand being around the lady running around like a chicken with her head cut off coming over and yelling at the wait staff helping me.

Food was delicious service was amazing and the ambiance was beautiful with touches of the Mexican culture!

By far my favorite Mexican spot in this area! Tacos,beans, rice, salsa are top notch. All the dinner items I've tried were fantastic also. Excellent food for sure. Enjoy!!!

no diré que todos pero recibí un muy mal servicio de una mesera y aunque la mánager me dijo que la próxima ves que fuera podía escoger a otra persona creo que no es la solucion porque pienso que si tu trabajo es atención al cliente debes saber cómo funciona ese servicio ella nos acoso todo en tiempo todavía ni abría el menú cuando ya quería q le dijiera lo que quería de comer después cuando llevó la comida solo me dio 10 min para comer cuando fue llevándome la cuenta y diciéndome que menú traía una caja para mi comida no me llevó más bebidas parecia que solo quería que me fuera malo malo no me dejaba ni comer en paz

Stopped by for a late lunch.It was pretty empty except for one very loud solo customer drinking and exceptionally loud on her phonefood was very good. Lunch Chicken Chimichanga. Warm chips and Salsa.Good Value. Fast Service.Went to pay with cash. Waitress could not make change out of her personal wallet. I ended up getting shortchanged (less than a buck)Would give them another try if I am in the area.

The food is great and the service very enjoyable. Everyone tries hard to please. I recommend to try if you haven't. Great Mexican food and some surprises on the menu.
