Total Wine & More

Diverse selection of wines: I was able to find my favorite.Customer service is okay: Nothing special. I wasn't greeted but the cashier did have lovely conversation with me. Not much engagement: The store felt a bit impersonal during my last 4-5 visits. Overall... the location has some great selection and because they have on my favs international wines I frequent the location.

Nice very nice selection of wines. They have a fun wine tasting experience room worthy of sip. Beer, ciders and more...just no spirits like Jack or Jim, for those you must visit a ABC store when in NC.This used to be a book store. now it is a FUN store.

It just opened but it is not very big. We went in for a wine tasting and to get somechambourcin wine, which they did not have. Picked up a few good wines but say they closed the wine tasting before the posted times on the board. .Not a great thing for the first weekend but no one offered to get us a tasting so we shopped and left

Easy to find in the Rivergate shopping center.Similar to other locations you won't find many hard to find or rare beers, but they have a fairly decent selection of more readily available beers. The singles selection is on par with most of the other locations I have been to, and the prices seem to be in line with other local beer stores.I was there on opening day, so the place was fairly busy. The staff was friendly on the few interactions I had with them. Overall, it is fairly standard for a Total Wine Location

I have shopped at Total Wines for years and most visits have been pleasant. However, this location have exceeded my expectations. The staff is knowledgable, professional and always eager to assist.Recently, I purchased some wine and a couple of bottles had a problem with the corks. I called he store and spoke with the manager, Daniel and he immediately offered his apologies and took care of the problem on my next visit to Total Wines. Daniel knows my palate and always suggest amazing wines for me to try. He is always professional and as a grand reserve member, I appreciate that he cares and always puts the customer first.
