Topgolf

We've been going to TG for years and enjoy it. It's a great activity to do with friends, family, or even coworkers.They have good food and fun drinks. Our favorite is the nachos with chicken, and the flatbreads. Their wings are good too. They have a skinny margarita which I love. Service is good, and our food arrives in a reasonable time. Our servers are usually attentive and check on us regularly. The one thing that blows my mind is the suggestion on the check to tip the servers 20-25% on the entire check, which includes the price of golfing. We are good tippers (consistently tip 18-20%) but to ask to tip on the price including the golfing is wild!But don't forget half price Tuesdays!

Here's an edited version:I'm kind of unimpressed with Top Golf in general, not just this location. They've really raised their prices lately. We paid about $70 in the morning for just 2 hours. We tried going several times without a reservation, but the wait was way too long, so definitely book ahead. It's nearly impossible to get a spot on the top floor. I requested it when I booked online, but we were assigned the second floor. I specifically asked for the top floor since we arrived right when they opened and it was available, but the staff said it was already taken by others who hadn't arrived yet. What makes them eligible to get it and we couldn't? At least share that information next time so we know how to obtain it. It's really frustrating. This definitely won't be a place I frequent.

We took our son and a group of his friends to play Topgolf! Because a few of the boys had already played, they knew how to work the computer and what strategies to use for the different games. No matter your golf talent, Topgolf is fun for everyone! Each game has a different tactic to be successful. However, our group started ignoring the scores and just had fun! BTW-it was brutally HOT the day of our reservation. Because the roof keeps you out of the weather and fans blow on you the entire time, you can have fun no matter how hot it is. I believe you could golf in the rain and never get wet! Looking forward to the Greensboro location opening! See you all soon! Most Sincerely!

Had a blast!! Service was great, Madison was an attentive server. We had an awesome time. The food was great. Now we want to learn more about golf.Top golf is always good atmosphere and a fun time.

My company had an event here for us today, I was very excited to finally try top golf. I've heard so many good things about this place and didn't think I'd like it because I'm not a huge golf fan.Parking is plentiful, although you may have to park far and have a bit of a walk because it gets packed. I was able to walk in and get assistance right away and was told where to find our event. The building was clean, and had a simple floor plan. I went up the stairs to the 3rd floor and found our group. One of my colleagues explained the nature of the game and helped us get started, thank goodness for her. I noticed people around me were getting their drink orders and being that it was my first visit I was unaware that each section had an assigned waitress.. I kept asking the ones walking past me to have someone come over to help me with my drink orders. It took me asking about 4 different wait staff.... Someone finally let her know we were ready and it still took a while for her to finally come over. I would say about 20 minutes went by after I placed my drink order, which were two waters, a beer and a cocktail. I asked her if we could get our waters (because it was an extremely hot day) and we were thirsty, she told me requested the waters but they were really busy. After another 15 minutes our waters finally came out. Our company had a buffet set up for us, and we were served food. I got our food, went back to our section, and was ready to order my adult beverages and I had to flag the waitress down to get that in. Moral of the story, the service was not the best. I saw staff huddled by the restrooms laughing and carrying on, so they should work on making sure all hands are on deck to get service up to speed. The food was not good at all, we had brisket, chicken Mac n cheese and green beans. Everything was bland.. The chicken was actually okay, but everything else was cold and lacked flavor. I can't believe I actually enjoyed myself. I didn't think I would. I could see myself coming back for sure. You sign in and there were about 4 different games we got to choose from, we played angry birds and a few others and we enjoyed ourselves. It was a hot day, but I liked the fact that we were in a shaded area and they had fans going, which helped out a lot. I'm giving 4 stars because the overall experience was nice, deducting 1 star due to the lack luster service. I'll give them another try, when the weather is cooler and it's not so hot.

I have been wanting to visit topgolf for a while now and finally decided to check it out. The business was very clean and well laid out with plenty of space and seating for everyone. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and took time to explain how everything works. The servers taking care of our bay were also friendly and took excellent care of us. We did order some pretzel bites which were good, I ate them all before I remembered to get pics... Maybe I'll remember next time haha. I will definitely go back again, there are so many more games I didn't get to try. I also need to work on my swing! If you haven't been to topgolf yet, what are you waiting for?

Came here for a friends birthday...we had a great time the downstairs bartender was great made great drinks! We went to our bay and our first server was not very friendly. Barely took our orders barely came to check on us. A couple people just went to the bar to order cause we could tell she did not want to be bothered. Then I guess it was shift change time so we got a new server Ryan and he was sooo great. The mood and vibe change completely once he came around. We hated he came towards the end of our party but he really turned the experience around for us. If we started with him we probably would have given this a 5 star review!! I'd go back and request Ryan for sure!

Today we went to have some fun as usual. Front desk made accommodations to put us in a bay near the middle. We waited about 15 minutes and that was no issue. (I think the 1st floor and corners are hard if you are not a pro golfer) When we got to our bay, the manager Mike introduced himself to us and told us about the new game they had. Our server was May and we had ok service. There were a couple of things forgotten (my 2nd drink and silverware). Also my nachos were way overdone. We couldn't find our server and since our time was dwindling down, I flagged down Mike. He was gracious to extend our time by 15 minutes to give the kitchen time to do a redo. The nachos came out almost the same but I didn't say anything. Also my drink finally came and it was not as good as the 1st one. I will continue to come here because I love to play and beat my husband! Lol

Aesthetically this Topgolf is great, it's cute and spacious. Apart from that, the experience wasn't amazing. Our server checked on us every 5 minutes during the first hour, seeming offended when we didn't order food, and then didn't check on us after the first hour, in which our machine broke and we asked three separate workers to fix it. Our last 45 minutes ran out with the machine broken because no one came to help us. Our server seemed very flustered and saying that the machine hadn't been working for 45 minutes even though we were very polite about it saying that wasn't possible because she just checked on us (but the clock ran out?). Overall not a great experience, would definitely try a different topgolf over this location.
