When the weather is pretty, we think of this place...'cuz it has the best patio dining in Rock Hill. For that alone, I have to drop at least 4 stars. We also love their Chicken Nachos Supreme...as their chicken is shredded and flavored so nicely, and it comes with a ton of avocado and veggies. Since we were looking to keep our calorie count down, we just ordered this and nothing else. After all, their drinks were so strong and generous as well.Definitely our favorite Mexican joint in town!

Surprisingly we went on Sunday and the wait was only 30 minutes. Once we were sat the server came right over to us. We got chips and salsa soon as we sat down also. The salsa was pretty good too! I was not expecting to be as good as it was. I got the corn as an appetizer but it was way more than I thought. I ended up taking home most of it. It was so good I could have finished it if I really wanted too. I needed to save room for my tacos though. Everything from the salsa to the tacos were amazing. I usually get burritos but I am glad I stepped out the box this time around. The wait was well worth it that day. They also to have outdoor seating so if you are looking for a nice place to eat outside and enough food I would suggest this place. It is near the river so you also have a view and you can walk off all the chips and salsa later on, on the trail that is down there also.

Second and last time here. I'm really disappointed with the policies/ customer service here. I chose Tony's for the scenery and was looking forward to dining in here with family. There were some positives like outside patio, the chips and salsa, large portions and the tasty margaritas. The desserts looked good but after the food complications we chose not to stay any longer. Cons:Mom got fajitas that came with 3 sides. Her plate of sides was delivered to the table almost 10 minutes before her entree. By the time she got her food the sides were cold but you can't send anything back here because of their policy. I ordered a Hawaiian chicken quesadilla. It was huge and looked delicious BUT the chicken was so dried out that one bite had me chewing and chewing and chewing until I just took a napkin and spit the meat out. Took another bite and same. I had the other two try the chicken and they agreed that that meat was inedible. Waited for our waitress to come back (which took forever) and ended up going inside to ask for help. The waitress was sent out and then the manager. The manger told me their policy is no refunds or exchanges. He referenced the sign on the door. I understand policy but you can't serve crap food. I didn't want a refund I wanted my food remade. I even asked for a simple cheese quesadilla instead and he told me they'll see what they can do. Eventually a cheese quesadilla was brought out to the table. No fresh sides, just the quesadilla. So now my sides were cold. I was over it. I ate the chips and salsa to fill myself up. The bill came and I was still charged for the original entree.

BEST MEXICAN IN TOWN! I love this place. I have been for date night and family dinner and it is a blast. The decor is so much fun, the music is great, and the service is on point. The food is always delicious and I love their margaritas.

My friends and I went here for lunch. The food here is so good! I got the lunch quesadilla with shredded beef with black beans and guacamole salad. The beef was tender and juicy with gooey cheese inside of a warm tortilla. The black beans were seasoned with cheese on top. The guacamole salad was tasty too! The Mexican street corn was the highlight with Mexican crema, queso fresco, and Tajín seasoning. We all decided to get Margarita flights which were good and frozen treats! The waiter was friendly and the service was prompt. The ambiance is cool and laid back with an outside eating area. The middle of the restaurant has a door opening to outside view of the park and outdoor seating.I would recommend this place!

I had their brunch last weekend and the service was awesome. I enjoyed their guacamole and guava mimosa.

This is closer to a 3.5, but alas, Yelp doesn't allow that rating. Came here with a large group on Friday night with my family. They were great at handling our big group like a champ. I look forward to Tex Mex whenever I'm down South, and the food left me pretty disappointed. Whatever cheese was used in my cheese enchilada and my kid's cheese enchilada was just not good. I wasn't able to finish it, and my kids had no desire to eat their cheese enchilada. They stuck to the rice and beans. Everyone else in our group was happy with their food, so it must have just been what I ordered. My husband also enjoyed his chimichanga. I will say, they handled our large group incredibly well, but the food just wasn't for me.

I had my first visit with my gal pals and it sure was memorable. Three hours was spent indulging in some amazing food, drinks, and enjoying the restaurant's atmosphere. We made the decision while we were there that we definitely need to come back. What I ate...Mexican Street Elote ($7.99) - Steamed corn on the cobb topped with Mexican crema, queso fresco, and tajin seasoning. - One of the sweetest corns I've tasted in life. ENCORE! ENCORE! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.Mexican Fried Egg Rolls ($9.99) - Stuffed with black beans, guacamole, and corn, served with house dressing. - Flavorful goodness that is definitely shareable, but after eating one, you probably wouldn't want to (I did share, though). GOTTA TRY IT.Tony's Dip ($10.99) - chorizo and fries over cheese sauce. - This dip is a masterpiece, but visually and taste-wise, it will go to the next level with a fry that's thicker and crispier. The dip is still a winner, though.Tony's Bowl ($13.49 - cost with shrimp) - A bowl filled with rice, black beans, and your choice of meat, topped with pico de gallo and sour cream. PERFECTION.Margarita La Paleta ($10.99) - Lunazul Reposado Tequila, fresh lime, orange juice, Triple Sec, Grand Gala, Salt, Tajin, and an Ice Pop - Presentation and taste was SUPERB.
