Went here for lunch today and was pretty disappointed. I've always loved this place but this may be my last visit. I decided to go inside to eat. What a joke that was, have to order at the register then find a table to sit at. Every table looked like it had been ate at without being wiped off. No trash but evidence someone was there. No more fountain drinks, have to pick a bottle out of a Pepsi cooler so no refills and poor selection for diet drinks. Ended up with a no sugar lemonade, only diet type drink there was. Poor selection for diebetics. Then when the food came out it was in to go containers, no silverware or actual plates. I got a plastic spork in one of those sealed packages with napkin. Salad came out, no ginger dressing which is my go to here, settled for ranch which was okay. The salad itself was one of the smallest I've ever seen, a few bites and done. Sauces were all in sealed plastic cups. I ordered hibachi chicken and three sushi rolls. Was given one container of shrimp sauce for all this food, ridiculous. Was supposed to be $8.45 for chicken and $11.95 for lunch special sushi. I looked at my bill and was charged $10.45 for chicken and $15.95 for sushi. When I asked the guy why he said they changed prices but haven't got new menus yet. That doesn't seem right to me but whatever like I said probably will be my last visit. Food was good as always but I'm not trying to spend almost $30 on lunch for no service. Not once did anyone ask how my food was, if I needed anything or even bye when I was leaving. They have a big sign that says throw your trash here beside a huge trash can in the middle of dining room. Not my idea of dining out. This place has changed for the worse after covid. No more lunch buffet. This place used to be packed at lunch time when they had the buffet. Now with higher prices with no service only one other person was there eating. I guess they don't care and settle for to go/carryout business. What a shame, use to be my favorite place to go. Now they have priced themselves with restaurants like Outback. Guess where I'll be going, yea different food but class act service for that price.

I was a regular until EVERYTIME I ordered some of my food was missing. They haves missed my salad twice in the dinner meal and the guy with the black beard tried to justify it by saying a $15.95 shrimp/chicken combo the salad is free and since I didn't ask for it; that's why I didn't get it. However the meal on menu clear states salad. Another time I ate there and received a salad with ginger dressing -the ginger dressing was runny peanut butter with something in it but it wasn't ginger. The new owners and food are terrible. Never again. I will go back to Shiki's

Oh my gosh. We tried this place for the first time and it was AMAZING. The egg rolls and spring rolls were stuffed and crispy. The crab Rangoons DELICIOUS. We got the filet and chicken platter and it was huge! Everything was so delicious ! The drive thru was super easy to pick up our order(the inside is closed right now) but the staff was so nice and very appreciative. Definitely making myself a regular here and you should too!

I ordered this place today for lunch for delivery thru Uber Eats. I ordered chicken and steak with broccoli and fried rice. When I was wondering it didn't say anything about a shrimp sauce coming with it. So I paid an extra $1 for shrimp sauce. (It was a pretty good size). The steak was tough and chewy. The chicken had a good flavor to it. I really enjoyed the fried rice and the shrimp sauce. I did get a salad with ginger dressing. I couldn't eat it. The lettuce tasted odd and the ginger dressing had a weird texture to it. I have ginger dressing but this wasn't what you usually get at Japanese places. My favorite part of the meal was fried rice, chicken, and shrimp sauce. The broccoli was crunchy so I didn't eat much of that either. Overall it was okay.

I ordered a hibachi shrimp with fried rice, side of soba noodles and a couple of spring rolls and miso soup. Lets start with how my order was completely incorrect, they gave me a bunch of noodles, like 5 pieces of shrimp and the vegetables were non existent, so as u can imagine just a bunch of plain noodles with a side of more plain noodles. It felt like they wanted to get rid of the noodles after a long day and gave it all to me. This was such a waste, after the shrimp theres so much noodles left that no one will touch. The miso soup had little miso and alot of seaweed. No tofu at all. Would not recommend its a waste of food and money. Definitely go to shiki instead.
