Tokyo Grill

Decided to try this place while taking a break. They were very busy and cheap along with a decent looking menu. We ordered the takoyaki and shumai for appetizers and the miso soup along with teriyaki chicken and the salt and pepper chicken with fried rice and veggies. Lots of people were waiting on orders and more came in and ordered while we waited. After probably 10-15 mins our food was ready and we decided to eat there since I didn't wanna try eating in the car. To my surprise the takoyaki is not takoyaki. It's just a fish ball with octopus in it, no yummy gooey batter or sauces so don't order unless you want fish balls. The shumai was ok but it was deep fried pretty hard and definitely needed to be dipped in the soy sauce. The miso soup was ok but not very flavorful probably came from a dry packet. Salt and pepper chicken was completely bland and not even salty. The teriyaki chicken how ever was good but a little salty but not unpleasant. The fried rice was the best thing here and the veggies were ok but not many onions. Kinda got ratchet in there when someone came in yelling at the cashier but other than that it's a lot of food for the money but make sure to find something sauces on the menu or just the fried rice.

Kinda disappointed I was so excited to go. I used to visit this location all the time and the food was always good and flavorful. Not saying that the food was bad but it tasted very bland. I used my white sauce to give it some flavor but ended up need two.The restaurant itself is well kept and the people were nice so no complaints there. Maybe today was an off day.

the food here is tasty. However, I ordered two chicken and shrimp teriyaki entrees ams there was hair in both plates. very disappointed and I rarely ever see anyone wear a hair net.

Ordered the Steak, chicken, and shrimp dinner. The chicken was tender and had pretty good flavor. The shrimp was bland, and the steak, while tender, had terrible flavor. Further, I'm in a hotel and had it delivered here and they didn't provide any plastic forks or spoons. I had to go to the hotel lobby while my dinner got cold to ask for a fork. Ridiculous! I hate leaving bad reviews but they earned it in this case. I hope they step up their game.

Great Hibachi spot! Great pricing and Taste amazing compared to others. Portion size is huge!! And they are doing takeout only orders. I had the steak, chicken, and shrimp. I will be back for sure

Excellent hibachi restaurant! The service is fantastic and fast, the food is hot and fresh, and the price is unmatched by competition around the area. I got the teriyaki chicken and steak entree, and even a spring roll for just a dollar so be sure to check out that dollar menu when you go in. Spacey and clean dining area.

Placed an online order at 8:05 and it was supposed to be ready at 8:50!!! So when I got there I told them I was there and they said it would be ready in 4-5 minutes. I waited there until 9:20 and it's like they forgot about me! Be aware that they take a loooooong time!!!!!!!!!

The kitchen staff failed to fill my order correctly. I ordered an entree of Teriyaki Chicken and an entree of Teriyaki Chicken and Shrimp (Shrimp entree was $2 more expensive). Both entrees were Teriyaki Chicken so I overpaid for what I received. I've ordered via ChowNow from this location almost monthly for over a year and there is more often than not an error made in completing the order correctly. I will add the staff is very friendly and the food quality is always excellent. I just wish they'd pay more attention to the order details.

Very disappointed in their ability to get a simple order right. I've ordered from here about 5 times, and twice now they have mixed up a simple order of Teriyaki Chicken and Rice, and have given me Steak instead. It's literally on the receipt they had on the box they handed me that I ordered Chicken. ‍

Wonderful service, full portions overall great restaurant I really recommend the teriyaki chicken
