This place was completely empty. Sodas did not taste right. There's flies buzzing around the table when trying to easy such basic Chinese food that is overly greasy and bland....done waste your time

First time coming here. I ordered hibachi chicken and a California roll. Right away the sushi came out and was old, you could tell it was either a day old or made someplace else and brought to this location. The teriyaki chicken was pretty good to me. It had a fresh taste and you can tell they excel at it. The one other thing that was also pretty gross was the smell of the place. It had a raw sewage smell not over powering but still there! I doubt I will ever go back because of the negatives, hopefully they can do better at some point!

I have eaten at a few Tokyo Grills. The decor and atmosphere of this location was much better than the others. However, the shrimp and chicken's taste was off. Something was not right. I'm hoping it was just a one-time thing. Overall though these places are nice to grab a quick bite to eat. The prices are also reasonable.Tips: Add a side for only $1 with purchase of an entree. Some locations kids eat free with purchase of adult entree. Must ask for deal though, and not all locations participate. I am not sure if this one does.

I really, really wanted to like this place... Ambience was nice, the staff was super friendly, and food came out really quickly. I got the steak rice bowl and asked for rare, but it came out medium. Still good steak though. The rice was nice and moist, a good texture and mushrooms were yummy but everything together was just way too salty, even with the sweet white sauce. Main flavor was salt. Wasn't terrible but I won't be coming back soon :(

My family loves this place. We get take out from here probably at least once a week and our kid would eat here daily if we could. We stopped in this specific occasion for a celebratory lunch. Our daughter had just taken the SAT and we were trying to be supportive of such a scholastic endeavor. She picked the place and she always orders the same thing, the children's plate. The food here is always exactly the same which is PERFECT. Cooked well, fresh, lots of sauce and large portion sizes. Nice interior if you decide to eat in the location. Plenty of exterior parking. We normally just order to-go but eating in has happened before and it's been good. I guess what I like the most about this place is that it is always 100% CONSISTENT. I really like that. I can always trust that this food will make my family happy.

I love Japanese food and I've tried a few Tokyo Grill restaurants in different locations but this one has been the best one so far! They give a lot of food and their restaurant is bigger than most Tokyo Grill so its perfect for dining! I plan on going back to this one today even though it's farther out than the others that I've tried.UPDATE: So I went on yesterday and my experience was different than the first time. I walked in and spoke, no one behind the counter said anything. Just waited for me to order. I ordered and my food came out shortly after and it wasn't a huge amount that I was given the first time and my food only came with one sauce. I had to pay extra for two more. This will probably me my last time going to this one considering I drove farther out because I thought this was a much better location. Maybe it was different workers but my experience the first time was what I was expecting this time around but I didn't get that. Nonetheless, my food was good even though I asked for teriyaki shrimp and received hibachi shrimp.

Well the food came out fast, a little worried about that. The ambiance one might say it is nice, but there is a difference between nice ambiance and being dark. The customer service was not the best, she didn't even want to help suggest anything. Well if this one doesn't work out, i guess i have to go to Columbian Drive, i hope they are still open, since it had been 5 years!!

This is a pretty average place to get teriyaki (which is basically Chinese stir fry with separated components) that is as Japanese as a Ford truck. However, what sets this place apart from the million other teriyaki joints is the good quality, large portions, decent prices and good service. The combo meals are a good value; chicken teriyaki is the one I like most (and submitted a photo of.) It comes with a decent iceberg lettuce/carrot salad and dressing. The lettuce is crisp and the dressing is nice and creamy. The chicken itself is decent and there is a lot of sauce, but the rice soaks that up nicely. The veggies (zucchini and onion) are cooked well and the zucchini isn't too soggy from oil. The white sauce for dipping is standard fare, but it compliments the dish well. I eat lunch here about once a week. It's fast, reliable and won't break the bank. A definite recommend. Note: if the quality starts to slip, I'll come back and make edits. This place is new enough that I needed to submit it.EDIT (2-14-12): Quality of the food has started slipping. The last couple of times I've gone here, my chicken was dry and coated in slimy sauce...downgrading from 4 to 3 stars.

I don't have a problem with their food. It's like any typical hibachi restaurant aside from smaller portions for the price. What I do have a problem with is the lady nasty attitude who is apart of the business. I came here today May 18, 2021 at 9:08. I had already called in my food and was just here to pick it up. Normally they charge me 25 cent per extra sauce cause they only give one sauce in the bag (which is ridiculous compared to the portion size at that and they are one of the only restaurants who give such little sauce) but their price went up to 35 cent and i didn't know cause you can't really see the sign with how they have everything covered. So she only gave me three sauces back and I was confused cause i didn't know about the ten cent price increase. I asked her for my fourth sauce and she asked me did I want a refund and I told her no that I was wondering about the fourth sauce. She then started getting loud with an attitude and told me that the sauces was only 35 cent so i got three instead of four. I told her thank you and that I didn't know. I also told her that she needs to watch her tone and check her attitude. She then proceeded to roll her eyes and told me to move out the way (even though i was trying to pay for an extra sauce) . Even the other people who was waiting for their food acknowledge her rudeness. She needs to get her act together. If she comes across the wrong person with that mouth she might get her teeth knocked out. Good thing I wasn't having a bad day like she was because I do box.

BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE --- FOOD POISON. If I could have given a 0 star, I would have. I ordered the Teriyaki Chicken with Rice and Zucchini/Onion which was the only food I had eaten that day. For over the next 24 hours, I can excruciatingly pain in my stomach and vomiting. I called and of course the woman that works the front said this did not happen with their food. I explained to her that their food had been all I had eaten, so she got me intouch with I guess the manager who was a guy. I spoke with him and told him what had happened and explained that I was not looking for a refund, rather wanted to inform them of their food being cross contaminated. He explained that he was going to still give me an instore credit. I explained to him that it could be a while before I could build up an appetite to eat at their restaurant again and he said that was no problem, that when I was ready to just give my name. Well, I decided that I liked their rice a lot, and did not trust to order the chicken or vegetables, so I went in there and the woman at the front acts like she has absolutely no clue what you're even saying unless you mention a menu item. I had to use hand signals and try my best to explain to her. She of course says, sorry we have no credit for you, are you sure it wasn't a different restaurant... Seriously? Like I would get a restaurant confused with another who gave me food poison.. I asked her to call the man I had spoken to and he told her not to give me anything. So not only did they give me food poison, but they are liars. Ridiculous and sorry people here who say one thing and on a different day, treat you as if they never spoke with you. Be careful eating here, not only do they use the same utensils for their meats and veggies, they will not honor anything they tell you.
