This vape shop is the worst vape shop I ever been to in my life. The service is terrible, and the vape that they gave me had tasted like that feces I ate when I was in Vietnam. This vape have actually gave me a seizure and now because of the nicotine products, I am diagnosed with epilepsy is unacceptable, I cannot believe that you will go and sell this product. Frick vape on my mother.

I used to drive a good distance to this shop every week because their cigarette prices were low and I love that they have a drive-thru window. I was a loyal and long-term customer - until I quit smoking and switched to vaping instead. When I bought a vape device from them, I was told if I had any problems with it I could bring it back within 2 weeks. I had problems with the battery right out of the box, and after about 8 days it stopped working entirely. When I took it back, they refused to exchange it for a working model of the same type; their return window had magically gone from "2 weeks" to "3 days". The gentleman then offered to sell me the same model again with a 10% discount, because apparently I have "sucker" tattooed on my forehead. On top of that, I couldn't even return it to the manufacturer, because their cash register is so antiquated the receipt didn't show the product purchased on it - just the date, amount and payment type. It doesn't make much business sense to me to lose a return customer who was spending $60-$100 a week there over one $45 sale, but go figure. Perhaps the sucker tattoo led them to believe I would continue shopping in their dark, dank, low-end merchandise store even though there are vape shops on every corner, including places like Kure, where they have a genuine 2-week, no questions love it or return it policy even on their liquids, and stand behind the devices they sell.
