The bartender was super friendly and very patient and knowledgeable about the ciders. Plenty of space inside the bar to seat. The bar is split between a cider bar and regular bar. No outside food or drink are allowed. There is a bowling alley downstairs below the bar. I got the cider flight which comes with 4 cider options.Cider order: 2 Honey Trees 4/5, 1 Pine Apple 3/5 and 1 Blueberry 3/5I also had a slushy which was amazing 5/5. Can't remember which slushy she mixed together but it was heavenly. It tasted like a orange dream sickle. Highly recommend a slushy.Overall, it was a cute spot and I would recommend a visit.

I have not been here since having kids, but it is just as wonderful! Clean, plenty of seating and some great drinks! I also like that it is toddler friendly/there was a high chair for my 7 month old. Nice to have a place to enjoy a good drink, and not need a babysitter!

Awesome space and great ciders! We loved the logo and interior design. It's a really cool space to sit and try some cider...in a really cool downtown Kannapolis area. I did a flight and enjoyed them. The "sweet" ones definitely weren't too sweet which was nice. The watermelon was my personal favorite, but I'd go back for a full glass of any of them. Great quick service as well!

Good cider, great location, bad marketing. Tipsy Hare, a cider bar owned by the Old Armor Beer folks next door, opened its doors in late January, yet its Web site is stuck on Coming Soon, and its social media is similarly outdated with nary a menu/draft list to be found. That isn't a great way to get people in the door.Should you actually pay Tipsy Hare a visit, however, you won't be disappointed. It's a bright space with plenty of room, and it boasts a cool group table made from a converted barrel. There were more than a half dozen ciders on tap ranging from sweet to dry. We opted for a flight, and the knowledgeable and welcoming bartender on duty helped us make a few selections.Among the four ciders we tried, the Mule Dance Party (ginger lime) was very refreshing, and the Hunny Tree (honey-sweetened) was top-notch and not nearly as sweet as the name suggests. The BlueBeary Necessities (blueberry) was good but didn't quite reach the level of Bull City's Bludacris. Only the Plum Surprised (plum) was a bit of a letdown. Though its location in the middle of Kannapolis' social district undoubtedly ensures a decent amount of foot traffic, hopefully Tipsy Hare will be able to raise its profile. The cider deserves some recognition.

This may be our favorite spot downtown! The vibe is totally different than the adjacent brewery, but they are connected. If you want something more relaxed, this is your bet. They have great sound proofing from the brewery, but you can still enjoy their beer if that's your thing. But, their ciders have gotten so good over time. They have slushees and try to have seasonal flavors all year long. They are also dog friendly, and our little guy loves it there as he meets all kinds of people and other pups. Same as the brewery- everyone is always nice. They do ask that you don't bring outside food but between their own food truck, armor dog, and the ones they bring in, you should be set. Though, since we live close we love just stopping in for one drink as we walk around town especially when the weather is nice. Our favorite have been the lick-able wallpaper but have loved their other fruity offerings as well!

The atmosphere in this cidery is wonderful! We spent a few hours here and loved all of the drinks we tried. I especially love the slushees (because who doesn't?!) Overall, great experience and will be back!
