This was my first time trying out The Tiny Biscuit.i ordered the two piece tenders and a biscuit, with a southern egg roll. The tenders were crispy on the outside and juicy and flavorful inside. They paired well with the biscuit. I'll admit when I saw the biscuit, I thought it was small. Tiny if you will... then it dawned on me about the name of the food truck. Duh! After biting it, it was so soft, buttery, and dense. Tiny biscuit, big flavor!The southern egg rolls were crispy and flavorful. The mac and cheese flowed perfectly with the collards. I'd definitely order it again. The food is made to order, so there will be a bit of a wait. For me, it was about 10 minutes. Food is Bomb! I tried the Tender Lovin' strips, which were breaded and tossed in their signature maple bourbon buffalo sauce. It was delectable. The chicken was fresh and moist, and the sweetness of the sauce really played well with the seasoning. The light fry added the perfect crisp to seal in the moist of the chicken. The wedges were small but tasty however my ranch wasn't ranching. The chicken made the meal. I really enjoyed it.

During my recent visit to the "Tiny Biscuit" food truck located at Charlotte, NC, I had an overall positive experience. The ordering process was straightforward and well-organized, with numbered systems to manage wait times.Accompanied by my daughter, we ordered a simple cheesy burger. However, it came with unexpected toppings like pickles and mayo, which were not indicated on the order form. Unfortunately, my daughter didn't enjoy the burger, and I was surprised by the additional ingredients, as I had expected it to be a plain cheeseburger.On the bright side, we tried the wedges, which were decent but didn't particularly stand out. However, the star of the show was undoubtedly the Gouda Mac and Cheese bites. These flavorful bites were our favorite item from the food truck. If we were to visit again, we would definitely order those bites without hesitation.

Very friendly people! Ordered the Mac Attack. Tasty tots, love the cheese on the Mac n cheese, and the sauce on the tenders is delicious. Looking forward to trying other menu items.

stopped here when here was at Armored Cow for Food Truck Friday during Ms Ashley's Donut Love Fest and found the chicken and waffle remarkably satisfying instead of utterly disappointing (almost every prior C&W was like a tragic fiction meant to diminish my funds while crushing my soul) but this was actually good... very good... so good in fact that I intend to have at least one more because, well, you know... chicken... and waffles...my plate held a respectable and an appropriately sized chunk o' breaded bird served up between a pair of thick silver dollar waffles; waffles were solid but not heavy and the chicken was crisp and moist and tasted like chicken instead of an explosion at the herb pantry... nice cup o' syrup and ranch on the side, good for dipping separately and plenty enough to indulge oneself.oh, and a tiny biscuit that ate like one twice its size :-) yumm!

I anted something quick for dinner last night, so I decided to try The Tiny Biscuit. This is a food truck that is normally parked at the Armored Cow Brewery off WT Harris. I chose the chicken & waffle slider, Brussels and potato wedges. So so good! The slider was chicken breast fried perfectly. The waffles were light & fluffy. My wedges were so fresh and piping hot. Just like I prefer! They were lightly salted. Now, let's discuss their Brussels. The perfect amount or glaze and not too greasy ... or overcooked. I will definitely be back to try another menu entree.

The food is made fresh to order which is always welcomed. The Mac Attack is definitely a feature favorite from the truck with the crispy tater tot's on the bottom with gooey macaroni, sauced up tenders, and chives. The meal comes with bacon bits as well but I don't eat pork. Both of the Fish Sandwich's are made with real fish, which elevates the experience a lot. The fish sandwich is well seasoned & comes with 2 fillets so it's a good portion too. The regular fries and sweet potato fries are good as well.The branding for Tiny Biscuit is top tier as well with the containers & bag. They are located outside of Armor Cow Brewery, so after you get your food, you can go inside and eat in the AC. They also have table outside for people to be seated.

During our visit to Armored Cow for Food Truck Friday, we decided to try the chicken tenders and wedges. Although there was a delay in receiving our food, the tenders were impressively crispy and seasoned to perfection. After this positive experience, I look forward to trying their What the Cluck sandwich during my next visit.

the brussels sprouts and the salmon are legendary. I usually get my sprouts loaded. Service is always on point and friendly and warm. And the prices aren't bad either. I wish I lived closer I would go here regularly.
