Let me give y'all a quick rundown. I played just to show the entire meal. Sauce added before eating.Sweet potato - tastes like a sweet potatoes pie without the crust, but with walnuts added.BBQ beans - baked beans need meat..... remember that. There was also a succulent taste of Sweet bbq sauce mixed in.Hush puppies - eat them while they are hot. Reminds me of sweet cornbread bread that has been fried.I had the Chopped pork with vintage sauce. Thumbs up. The Chopped brisket with vinegar sauce was good. I liked it better when I added a spicy BBQ sauce to it.The Ribs, the ribs, the ribs..... tender to the bite and passed the fall off bones test. The meat had a Smokey flavor but was in desperate need of BBQ sauce. I've had great bbq/wings at places that can't even get hush puppies right. This place gets it all right! I definitely recommend if you're looking for a fast-casual bbq joint with consistent quality and kind servers.

Excellent BBQ, served up however you like it (pig or chicken) in a super-clean, friendly environment.If you find yourself in Sun Valley, a little (you guessed it!) Sunny wide-spot in the road connecting Indian Trail and Monroe, NC, you won't be disappointed if you stop into TMR. That's what happened to me today.. my thespian friend Tom S. (soon to be famous for his leading role as Gomez Adams in the Concord Community Theatre production of The Addams Family Musical) saw the sign for this place on his way to come visit today. He kidnapped me and held me at gunpoint as I ordered a barbecue plate with mac and cheese and tater tots. (He's a method actor, by the way.)Whether you are craving a rack, a plate, or a sammich, there is sure to be something on the menu here to suit your tastes. And by taste I mean of course your taste in BBQ'd animals as well as your tastes in style of barbecue sauce: pork or poultry, Western Carolina tomato-based sauce, Eastern / Low Country mustard-based sauce, a typical foothills vinegar-based sauce, or the house sauce. For masochists, there is also a habanero potion on offer. I did not ask about Preparation H availability; that's up to you naughty folks.In addition to tots and mac & cheese, you can also choose from fries, coleslaw, baked beans, Brunswick stew, and several other tasty additions to your meal. Fountain beverages, along with sweetened or unsweetened fresh brewed iced tea are on tap.The folks here are friendly, staff and patrons alike. You should be welcomed with open arms, almost like you would be back home in Mayberry. And out eating in town instead of at Aunt Bea's. It's a good thing I'm not talking about Beyonce are you folks would really be in trouble. That Queen B really takes her fandom seriously! But I digress.Umm . . . what am I forgetting? Oh yeah . . Good stuff. Service was quick. Place was clean. Portion sizes were solid. The food is good, and the menu has a lot of options. It's fast food BBQ, but it's done well.
