The Villa Franca

I am not damaging your business. I spoke the truth. We did agree on many things. Some of this would include the empty vases above the mantle, and the snacks and drinks (in the contract) for the bridal suite and grooms suite. The groom and groomsmen weren't even taken to the suite. The contract was for you to be there. My decision in choosing Villa Franca had as much to do with you as the beauty of the property. I trusted you with one of the most important days of my life and it wasn't important enough for you to attend. You worked with me for months and then a month before my wedding you decided that going to Florida with your husband was more important. The original issues are the same. The bartender did not do his job well. The venue is ill-prepared for rain. Things that should have been setup were not. The fact that you keep reiterating that they were agreed upon just makes it worse! Yes, they were agreed upon. But the venue didn't follow through.I apologize profusely if there was a broken lamp. I also do not know of any liquor, and I do truly apologize for that as well. You should know me well enough that I would be humiliated if these were true. You have lost my trust so I'm not sure to believe you or if you are accusing me of things to undermine my review.I will say again, the coordinator and your staff were fantastic. I hold you accountable because you are the owner and I signed a contract with you.

We thought we wanted a mountain top wedding until we toured Villa Franca. We met Ginger and the first thing she said was "How do you both envision your wedding day going? What do you want it to be like?". That question right there stopped us in our tracks. We had viewed at least 10 venues and not once did anyone ask us what we wanted. Meeting Ginger was a breath of fresh air. We felt like she really cared about our big day. The estate and it's grounds are unbelievable but Ginger herself was our buying point. The restored house and it's surrounding areas are so well kept and polished. The southern charm oozes from the walls. It's like stepping back in time and living in a new world that we had only dreamed of before. Planning the big day with Ginger was a breeze. She helped plan everything down to the smallest details. When I was overwhelmed by my own ideas Ginger helped organize my thoughts and brought them to life. My wedding day was beyond perfection. It was the beautiful fairytale I had always hoped for as a young girl. The big day was smooth and stress free. Again, all thanks to Ginger and her amazing staff. I couldn't have asked for a better wedding or coordinator. If your wedding day is only one day in your entire life then you want it to be the best day as well. Mine truly was the very best day. Thank you, Ginger. Thank you, Villa Franca staff. Thank you, for giving us the best day.

This estate is beautiful! And Ginger is amazing! In my search for wedding venues I didn't expect to encounter someone so warm and truly committed to making sure a bride and groom got their special day perfect. Definitely a place to tour if you are looking for an event space.
