I went to their driving range at 6:50 and they told me it was closed. Website says 7. Another guy had just gotten a bucket of balls less than 5 minutes before me. Poor customer service.

I was feeling a little intimidated about playing this course after reading a lot of other reviews on various web sites. Especially about the amount of water and the severe doglegs.I found none of that to be true. I guess it's all relative right? Water does come into play on #8 which is a 115 yard par 3 over water. The balance of the water they refer to are either ponds that run alongside the fairway or creeks you may encounter that cross the fairway.Overall this is a very nice course and plays very well. The Fairways and Greens are in great shape for the most part. On hole #16 there is a strip of new sod that runs all the way across the green. For the most part the tee boxes were all green and in good shape. There were a few that were bare with little grass. It's very scenic and quiet, lots of wildlife and the fairways are wide open with strategic bunkers on most holes. It was 10/8/20 and the high was 85 but it was sunny and a nice breeze and just a perfect day for golf in the Carolinas! They have 2 driving ranges and a practice putting green. The Staff was very friendly and helpful. It was $35 bucks to ride 18 for the Senior rate which is a great value for a course of this caliber. The carts are electric and all in good repair. They won't let you take the cart into the parking lot so it's best to drop your bag and then park.I would highly recommend this course.

Love playing Tradition, especially on slow midweek days. It's pretty much a private round and very peaceful. Maybe a form of practicing mindfulness via golf. Never played a round here where it was slammed, but I do avoid weekends and holidays. Really love the lady's energy in the pro shop every time I visit, big shout-out to her. Fairways and greens (slow) are in good condition. Affordable, fun golf course.

I am a little bit disappointed at the level of service that I received at this establishment. I get there at 5:15, Sun is out and it's a beautiful day. I wanted to hit some balls. All the doors are locked and they are closed. Guy Says that they should be extending hours soon and that they didn't have any driving range balls left.He could have done more to go above and beyond for a new customer. Call the GM, extend the hours there on the spot, prepare to have more balls ahead of time for people coming after work. All of this could have been done in advance but it wasn't. That's why I'm giving it a lower rating.

Nice to have a golf place near the office so you can hit the range now and then during lunch. Not a "huge" golf club, but big enough and gets the job done. The staff is pretty friendly... though I haven't played the course, I have frequented the range and the putting green a lot. Most of the time, when I play golf I am usually in the woods so I just keep practicing for the time being.I have not seen a chipping green yet, but I haven't looked very hard for one. By the time I get my clubs, drive up to the parking lot, and get the balls ready - I've got limited time to waste.Careful turning left out of the parking lot since Mallard Creek Church Rd/Prosperity Church Rd gets busy at times. Not to say you can't hang out at the median, but the way people drive around there is with a purpose and not to accommodate a nice little range session at lunch. There are a good amount of canadian geese that hang around here, but they maintain the walkways and stuff pretty good so you don't step on any land minds.

I first want to thank the Super that keeps this place green and well manicured, you and your staff's effort doesn't go unnoticed. The only gripe would be the green's damaged pops from golfer's not fixing ball marks. We had a great time and a fantastic opening round to our golf weekend. The pace of play was great, and I used every club in my bag. Great topography has every shot in your arsenal being tested. We'll be back.

The tradition is one of our favorite local courses to frequent. The employees are very pleasant and the greens are always well-maintained, though, this course isn't the NICEST that we have been to. The course is great for all experience levels. They do have a nice little bar/grill for a bite at the turn. Will be visiting again, soon, once all this rain stops!

Course is in good shape but greens are like lightning. Price to play is extremely high, and the play is slow. Will not play it again.
