The Temple Charlotte

Temple, as we locals affectionately call it, is a fantastic spot to gather with friends for drinks and good times. The lively atmosphere, coupled with a diverse drink menu, making it an ideal hangout. Whether you're catching up with old friends or making new ones, Temple is the perfect place to create lasting memories.

Upon entering The Temple, there was large group of people in the front singing karaoke. It was very loud! It appeared they were having a private party and I wasn't sure I could enter. However, they encouraged me to enter. I sat at the bar about 10 minutes before a nice bartender took my order, Lemon Drop Martini. Although it cost $18.25, the drink was delicious! Other patrons in the restaurant were friendly and the Kentucky Derby and NBA news were on the televisions.I saw patrons come in with their food which is an attribute to this bar. It shows they want to eat food in the bar, vs. in the restaurant where they picked it up (next door). All in all, the experience was great and I will visit again.

1/2 off drinks on Wednesday!!! Drinks were ok... . Music was more RnB! My favorite kind of tunes.... Perfect spot for drinks and conversation , laid back bar. The crowd seem to be early 30s and up. Lots of food places around the area. I do believe u can outside bring food inside bar.

This is just what the neighborhood needed - great drinks, great service, great prices. We definitely enjoyed the energy and music here as well. I highly recommend The Temple.

Great neighborhood bar. 1/2 off drinks on Wednesday. Laid back ambiance and good music. Bartenders are attentive. I recommend as a nice pregame or evening drink spot.

Awesome establishment! Service was great even meet some NFL Legends there! The band was amazing and the owner interacted with everyone and made us feel at home!

There is seating inside and outside. The environment is casual and clean. It right across from Piedmont Social House in Ayrsley. Parking is in the immediate area and not hard to find, trust me. Temple doesn't have food but on certain days (weekends for sure) they will be a food truck. Throughout the week and weekend you'll often find live bands and DJs! You can bring your food with you from anywhere. The bar has all your household names so fret not. You'll be happy.

Half off Wednesday all drinks is half off. Don Julio is $7 good vibe real laid-back and The staff is super friendly
