The Speedpark at Concord Mill

I love this little bit of fun and entertainment in the back of concord mills called the speedpark. It's not big and not very fancy but it has 2 of my kiddos favorite activities: Bungie jumping and go carts! And better yet it has a small race track with tiny go carts that kids as young as 4 can drive on their own!There is also mini golf and a climbing tower and a super tall slide and some arcade games. But, our favorite thing to do is ride the go carts. The last time we visited it was not very busy so they let us ride till our hiney got sore (lol).The kids who work at the park operating the rides are always very nice and respectful. There's not much of a variety of food, just popcorn and soda mostly. Don't threat the mall is a stones throw away so you can go to the food cort afterwards for lunch or dinner.If you're expecting a mini theme park with lots to do you will be disappointed. If you are looking to have a little fun and let the wind rush past your face while you zip around the track in a go cart, then this is the place for you!

This was a lot of fun for my son, his friends, and even the parents. We celebrated his 11th birthday here with the all included package and it was well worth it!!!

Poorly staffed and run down . None of the concession stands were open. NO bathrooms only port a johns. DONT waste your money on the UNLIMITED .It took an hour of waiting to ride for 5 minutes and it wasnt because of a lot of people, there were 5-10 people in front us at any time. Staff apparently gets paid minimum wage so they give MINIMUM performance.

Would give zero stars if I could. Paid for a wristband to be told my child was too small to do much. Notified that the attractions were closing due to lightening but in the same breathe we couldn't get a refund or rain check because it wasn't "raining yet". A couple just completed their transaction and hadn't even received their wristbands or receipts yet and they refused to void the transaction. This place is a rip off, save yourself the time and energy and go somewhere else.

Booked the unlimited party package. When we arrived, it was easy to checkin and obtain the wristbands. When we got to the table, the pizzas we ordered were there. Cold- but there. We had to ask several times for cups and napkins. When we finally received the napkins they were dirty, like something was spilled on them. Gross. The bees were out of this world, there was no one that came to clean up after the party next to us, so that made the bees multiply with the leftover drink pitchers. The garbage wasn't changed not one time while we were there. It felt chaotic and poorly ran. For spending $300+ I expected a little more organization. This party "pavilion" shouldn't be allowed to even host parties, because the service is awful. It's being ran by a bunch of teenagers that don't have the maturity to do so.

Little bit of a long story but it's worth it to read. My girlfriend, her friend and I drove 3hrs down to Charlotte for a concert for my girlfriends birthday , that we found out was cancelled apon arrival for stupid reasons (besides the point), obviously we had no plans at that point so we ventured over to the Speedpark where we met Spencer. This is one of the best interactions I can honestly say I have ever had with a staff member of a place. He was very accommodating and nice which is hard to find anymore. His reactions and conversing with us honestly was able to cheer us up, not to mention the go karts, and he really kinda saved our day. In addition the rest of the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming and made our experience here very pleasant and great. I will definitely be back to see Spencer and his crew and race some more go karts. Thank you Spencer!

I hosted my son's 8th birthday party here. When I went a few days early to check the place out, I was greeted by Seth who knew the time and name of the party before I could mention it. All the children and adults had a great time!

It's my first time going here it was a 99/10 they were nice haha I had fun everyone had fun it's easy to get in but the one thing they cut in line but not that much they go wayyyy the fence to cut too I'm not like normal people recommend

This place is trash. The workers are lazy and don't want to do their job. We went with a big group and spent almost $300 and left unhappy. There was one worker who I asked for help on how to use the bag to go down the slide and he said he didn't know how bc he hasn't been trained yet. First he lied and told me it was closed because he didn't wanna do his job. There is also safety hazards and I will be filing a complaint. They don't give you any refunds even 5 mins later

Terrible experience. Waited 45min to ride the go karts one time with my son. They were NOT CLEANING ANYTHING AT ALL!!! NO DISTANCING AT ALL ( not even marked for it ). Concession stand closed early. Terrible staff that couldn't care less about anything. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!! Cheap wristband is for a reason, you won't get to do anything.
