The Lodge Tavern and Tap

Great ambiance. Both bartenders Jake(I believe) and Madison were super friendly and polite. I had to leave a review on this Bison strip, cooked to a perfect Medium Rare. It's was absolutely phenomenal! Best restaurant in the Belmont by far. They've found a new regular with just one visit!

We went here back in December before we went to the botanical garden and I have been meaning to review it! The place was great. Service was fast and friendly. Food was yummy. And being a Saturday night it was crazy loud or packed. It was busy but still comfortable.

Great food and service and liked the vibe! Went for lunch while in the area would go back.

I enjoy coming here on a Sunday to watch football. I normally will sit at the bar because I am solo. The food is your typical bar food, but the bartender will make you feel right at home if you are looking for a place to watch the game on Sundays I highly recommend this place. Also, if you would like to dine in and sit at a table they have plenty of seatings for that too.

Positive experience on a Thurs night for dinner.The two of us came and the place was filled, but we were able to get a high top in the bar area.Beer menu was light on local IPA's and heavy on national brands.My bride ordered the Margherita Flatbread and added chicken ($16) and she enjoyed it. The bar tender recommended the Cajun Rigatoni ($17) for me and it was better than I expected :) Service from "PM Bar" (didn't get his name) was super friendly and prompt!

Great little tavern downtown. Service was fast. Drinks constantly refilled. Side salad was huge and could barely eat my dinner after. Wasn't a fan of the sawmill gravy on country fried chicken but the chicken was cooked to perfection with golden brown crust. Would go back and try other things!

The decor is neat, and the service was good, but I wasn't impressed with my meal. I had the california flatbread. The chicken tasted a bit processed, and the bread had a cardboard taste. However, my husband had ribs, which were really good. We were disappointed with the banana pudding. It looked great, but the only banana flavor was the pieces of banana cut and arranged on top. The pudding had no banana flavor at all.

Listen the bar tender's service was hands down the best ever service. We ordered online and it didn't go through correctly. He made sure that we were taking care of and just treated us with the best respect ever. This alone will make me come and invest in the company alone. Thank you sir!

Do not, I repeat, do NOT attempt to go to this restaurant with a party of 20. They don't take reservations/call ahead and when you walk in with a party of 20 it is obvious that they do NOT want to accommodate you. Even after explaining that we gladly would split up , with open tables in view, we were told it would be an hour and 45 minute wait (because they were hoping we would leave). They were shocked when we said we would wait. Meanwhile many booths and tables were available and yet they continued to sit smaller tables that arrived after us. When we asked them why they wouldn't split us up at the smaller table since they were seating all of these other people who came in after us, they said they were going to make us wait the hour and 45 minutes and then seat us. Why would they make us wait when there were open tables????There ended up being two tables side by side with the SAME server that they did sit us at, but the Hispanic manager would NOT let us put the tables together. It was obvious the staff did not want the business. We won't be back.

Great service, food, and atmosphere! The chicken wings are excellent! The manager came over and introduced himself which was very nice. We will definitely be going back! Highly recommended!
