The Learning Experience - Mt. Holly

Even after continued calls with the owner I still cannot recommend this daycare. Unfortunately our little guy has to stay here but in 6 weeks we have had to wait for teachers 5 times in the morning.We are grateful to find a new daycare for our baby girl, which we are thrilled about because she often came home sad from her Preppers class. In fact she wet through her diapers 4 times in these 6 weeks and the peed on pants were simply put back into her backpack without a notice.If you are simply in need because of work this might be a place for you but if you are looking for people who love and care for your kids the way you would and have respect and professionalism for a dad and moms time this is NOT the place to come to.

I do not recommend this daycare. I recommend anyone looking for a daycare to do their research and look at the https://ncchildcare.ncdhhs.gov/childcaresearch to read the visits and inspections! I wish I would have found this sooner and maybe it would have prevented some of the stress, anxiety, and worry we went through. Happy to have pulled my son out of this center. He is now healthier and happier.

The worse center you can take kids to. The manager is horrible need to get new staff. It's very unorganized and they treat people with disabilities poor.

My experience with TLE has been nothing less than remarkable. One teacher in particular, Gina really stands out. She is so good with the infants, the way she shows compassion and dedication to the infants is truly a great thing to see. I would recommend TLE Mt Holly-Huntersville to anyone who is looking for child care.

This location is the one to be at. Ms. Erica is new to the location but is already showing amazing change. The staff are happy and the kiddos are thriving. The center is clean and the front staff is very welcoming as well as the teachers in passing.

My son has been at the school for a few months now and we love it. Since there has been a change in leadership I can tell things are much better. My son was so nervous at first, but now he gets so excited to go to school. He is 2 and has learned so much in these few months. I absolutely love Ms.Teresa and Ms. Kasey! I can tell they love my son and I love that! I would definitely recommend this establishment.

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME AND GO ELSEWHERE! All the staff teachers in this MT. Holly location are nice and sweet. Ms. Teresa ( Who is now gone) and Ms. Angie (who apparently may be out sick) have been polite and understanding. My overall rating on this center is based on the lack of communication on the management /owners. If you want to get your account overcharged for no reason than this may be a place for you. If you ever need to speak to management regarding your account after being overcharged prepare to wait for a long time ... it took 5 days for me to speak to someone regarding this matter as the accounts are handled outside of the center, with management/owners. My bad experience was with Amanda and Courtney who were both very nonchalant and rude. I asked why my account was over charged and one was a human error and the other 77 they claimed was a system error. Although things happen and it's not the client fault it's up to the management to do the right thing and do what's necessary to make it right. My account was charged overdraft fees and NSF fees due to the mistakes of this organization and when I asked for a credit back. Courtney told me that it is not the company fault for overcharging me and me not having what they overcharged me for in my account. It is not my responsibility to ever have more money in my in my account, than I'm due. It's my honest opinion that management/ owners have a long way to go. Courtney said they have 9 other schools they handle so this is why there was a delay to my simple request of a callback or email prior, again not my problem. I have already decided to be pull my daughter out of here as of 5/20. It doesn't appear communication, tuition, process, and procedures are clear on the financial side. Lastly customer service is huge and I would encourage management/ owners to get trained or hire a team of professionals who can respond and provide outstanding customer service, because this is your brand and it's important for everyone to represent it well.I finally was able to see the owners today in person when I dropped my daughter off and it was definitely not a welcoming experience. Parents are pulling kids out of this location because they are also unhappy for many other reasons. The turnover rate in 1 MONTH, that I have had my daughter here is just unbelievable and it's due to poor management. After careful research I learned this company doesn't even offer benefits to staff until that have at least a year... no wonder everyone is quitting and not even staff are even happy how management has treated them. So if your looking for a place to leave your child this is not the place and if your looking for a place of employment run like hell cause the vibe here is soooo off, you can feel it as soon as you walk into the building. I'm counting down the final days of my daughter being here. I love her teachers and truly believe staff, parents, and children deserve better. Poor management and poor communication =a disaster you should run far far away from. Lastly, this location has a 1star out of 5 and I am not surprised. Nice facility, good staff that is overwhelmed and always quitting. By far the worst childcare experience I ever had.

I am writing this to all parents anywhere near this facility. RUN. This "school" is an atrocity. The director Ms Angie gives an amazing tour which turns out to be completely untrue after you enroll. The teachers are different every few weeks due to turnover. The office staff (all but the assistant director) are completely clueless. Ms Angie never answers questions without talking in circles and never actually answering. She never returns emails or phone calls. Everytime we pass the office she is on her cell phone texting or actually staring off into space while her staff is running around like there's a fire And talking to parents about all of the state violations occurring. Looking online even Ms Angie isn't complying with her own trainings and state paperwork. The stress entering the business is thick. The teachers never smile and just don't care and neither does Ms Angie. This place is a nightmare. We have had so many issues since the first week including BM diapers being left on our son so long that his bottom bleeds. Even at pick up when his poop is literally dried on him the staff doesn't care. Everything goes missing all the time. Kids are bumped room to room because lack of staff. Children are filthy and have snot dried on their faces. Please please keep your babies safe and stay as far away as possible.
