I would like to start off by saying, I am a working mother. My daughter has been in care since she was an infant. We relocated to NC and I choose the wrong daycare ( not to be named) Quickly realized that I made a grave mistake, I called TLE Huntersville and Spoke to Ms. Pam and Ms.Christina. They went above and beyond to listen to my concerns and like the angels they are, they enrolled my daughter. I actually cried tears of joy after our initial conversation because of how grateful and at peace I felt. These woman are incredible. * not discounting the other care members at the location* because every single person I interacted with were absolutely wonderful. The first day we were welcomed by our names and it felt like home. Even the parents were amazing, it is a very happy place. I loved to watch the director with the kids. She welcomed and sent off almost every kid who walked through the door. I honestly don't know how she does it. She knows every child and parent who walks in the door, siblings? yep. She sings goodbye to them, she greets them. The point being is that your child is safe there. They are loved, welcomed, rejoiced and wanted at TLE Huntersville. If you are new to the area, or just looking for a new facility. Do not even hesitate, This place is what dreams are made of for working parents ( like me) My daughter after one week came home happier, cleaner, and her talking skills improved. TLE Huntersville has a special place in my heart.

Just to start off Ms. Debbie, Candace, and the whole team at TLE is AMAZING. You and your kids will not be disappointed at TLE! We recently moved to Colorado, which brought our short time at TLE Huntersville to an end. Of all the reasons to be sad to leave NC, leaving TLE was my saddest reason... I actually got choked up and I never cry!! We started our infant at TLE Huntersville after having trouble at another daycare that came "highly recommended." We had finally had enough there, so we reached out to TLE for help. Truthfully, the only reason that we hadn't reached out to TLE in the first place was because it was opposite of our commutes. So we decided to go with a more conveniently located center because we figured all daycares are basically the same for infants...right? Wrong!! I will NOT be making that mistake again. The extra 15-20 minutes to be at a wonderful school is absolutely worth it. From the moment I called, TLE made us feel like our little one was so loved. If only we had started there first!! We made it 5 minutes into the tour when we knew we had to become apart of the TLE family. During our short time there, we were in Ms. Debbie's class - she is amazing! I'm having trouble joining a daycare here in Colorado, because I haven't been able to find another Ms. Debbie! Our little one was a slow feeder and low weight gain, which had us always worried about her intake. From the moment we started at TLE, our little one quickly became comfortable and was drinking her bottles for Ms. Debbie with no problem. We were finally able to stop worrying about her, which made life so much easier. Also, the little art projects that TLE does with the infant class are adorable and were a highlight of our time there. We can't thank the TLE Huntersville staff enough for making our time there so great. We miss y'all dearly!

TLE in Huntersville, NC, lead by the dynamic (children-loving) duo of (director) Miss Christina, and the equally caring, Miss Pam, left our grandson, Alex, with such a positive attitude about school, and so prepared for kindergarten. What a fabulous experiencefor Alex. The staff is great, the facility is immaculate, and it is not uncommon to find Miss Christina working at he desk while holding and soothing an upset little child sitting on her lap. This review is my personal thank you to both ladies, the TLE staff, and the TLE organization.Kirk Davis

just dropped my child off for his first day of kindergarten so since I'm in my feelings I figure now is a good time to share what an impact TLE has had on my kiddo. We have been a part of the TLE family for the last 5.5 years. The quality of education in both academics and emotional intelligence taught at TLE Huntersville is second to none. I dropped him off today with so much confidence because I knew he was beyond ready for this next big step and I attribute that readiness nearly entirely to the staff and faculty of TLE Huntersville. I will continue to recommend them again and again.

The Learning Experience in Huntersville has been nothing short of amazing since we enrolled our 4 year old there in November. The staff are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and personable and are so great with the children. I'm a very pickey and worrisome parent when it comes to who cares for my kids and when I drop her off, I know she's in good hands. From the front desk to ALL of the staff ive encountered. Ms. Christina really knows how to run the facility and her teacher is awesome as well. I have nothing but good things to say about this place.

My daughter (15 months old at the time) starting attending the The Learning Experience this year. Both she and I have really enjoyed the friendly atmosphere and great learning environment. The emphasis on learning is great and she has really progressed and I can see her advancements everyday.Keep up the good work.

Although my son has been attending the center since September of 2016, the experience that we have had so far has been amazing. I absolutely love the management and the teachers. They are attentive and teach the kiddos amazing things. My son will graduate from this school this summer, so we will definitely miss TLE Huntersville. 5 stars for sure

I attended the graduation ceremony on June 09. What a let down! It was held in the parking lot with only about 30 chairs for about 70 people! The audience was facing the setting sun so the glare made it impossible to see or take pictures! Afterward the children were hurried inside to remove caps and gowns so no chance for family pictures. The reception had a cake but no knife to cut it until almost over. A few other meager refreshments. Poorly managed. What a come down from the previous year. The tuition was expensive but the graduation experience was cheap.

The Learning Experience does not deliver what they advertise. The advertisements sound wonderful and at first glance The Learning Experience seems great but I quickly realized I was not getting what I was paying for. I was getting weekly reports that were done with no attention to detail. They often had several misspelled words and grammar errors. My son was being punished for poor behavior, I was told that the teacher watching the class during nap time had issues with several children. This was a pretty common occurrence. The owner is often uncooperative and complains about how over worked she is. She's a marketing major. The promised security is sub par considering you can call and give a name of someone and that person is allowed to pick up your child. Which is great but some parents send several different people throughout the week, which I was not very comfortable with. After further research in to the company (which is a franchise organization) I found other locations have child abuse and child neglect charges against them. Definitely not what this company advertises! I would suggest finding better child care!
