Had the house salad with shrimp - it was delicious and a decent size for a light evening meal. I was a surprised to see that all of the shrimp were cut in half lengthwise. Felt like an illusion. They were cooked and seasoned perfectly, and it was a unique environment in the heart of NoDa. Oh, after reading all of the reviews we also ordered the seasoned fries in a small paper bag. Incredible.Parking can be challenging. Plan a little extra time for finding a spot, and don't park at the YMCA unless you're a member. The building is stunning with lots of wood and warmth, a big open courtyard, modern bathrooms, a full bar, and very friendly staff.

This was our first dining experience here. Brought my parents who were visiting out of town from Florida for dinner here with my husband. I originally booked the Winterfest - for the tent. I thought it would be more an apres ski vibe. (Maybe add some pillows for the metal chairs and some throw blankets) It was a little lack luster to what I thought. So we were easily moved inside in a comfortable warm booth. We had a nice bottle of wine with our meal. Service was fantastic. We started with the crispy rice balls which were good. Some parts were not too hot. And the beef tartare was very interesting with the potato sticks. I would say less potato stick next time. The boys had the goopy burger. My husband says that he would prefer less mustard and more 1000 island in the sauce. And my dad ranks the burger in between McDonald's and five guys (five guys being the best). My mom and I tried the shrimp and grits, I liked the mediterranean twist on it but the tomato sauce was a little too much. The atmosphere was pretty cool in the restaurant. We just expected more for our culinary experience

I wasn't expecting an actual house converted into the most romantic, cozy, soft space, with an indoor/outdoor feel. The food top notch, standouts, first was the vegan Mac and cheese, hands down my favorite Mac and cheese, I'd take that over the non-vegan version any day. The fries in the little brown bags, genius. They were crispy and bursting with flavor. Goopy burger and the wedge salad, also delish. All the servers we encountered were friendly, gave recommendations, and were attentive. This is one of my favorite restaurants while in Charlotte!

Brunch exceeded my expectations whatever I might have thought coming into Noda proper. The chicken biscuit is superb done with chicken thighs the only way to do it as the white breast meat is too dry. The shrimp were tasty as hell a different way of presenting them to the customer. Ambience emmits comforting vibes. I'm already planning another brunch date here next time I'm visiting Charlotte area.

Came in on a Thursday afternoon and was immediately sat down. Staff was very kind and knowledgeable. It was a beautiful day so we sat outside. I would be cautious tho to sit under the trees because birds might catch you with their business lol. We had a couple close calls. Anyways, we were recommended the elotes and the crispy rice balls to start. They definitely didn't disappoint (4/5). We also go the Mac and cheese (4/5), shrimp and grits (4/5) and goopy burger double (3/5). Burger was okay. It had their own version of Mac sauce and I got a double but would've been good with just a single. Patties are thick. Not like a smash burger. Shrimp and grits and Mac and cheese are great and shareable. As for drinks, we just got some local beers but I would definitely come back during brunch times. I think it would be pretty lit. Good vibes for sure.

All I have to say is you BETTER get fries with your meal or even as your meal! This was a cute dinner with some girl friends and I can't wait to go back. Our server was fantastic- gave us time to look over the menu, answered any questions we had and even laughed with us a few times when making sure we were all set. I'm not kidding about the fries. They are a thinner fry that has an extra crunchy crust that pack so much flavor. The aioli is a must on the side, but in all honesty, not even needed. This time I got the Goopy Burger that came with fries and everything was fantastic. Only thing I wish was that the bun was warm but didn't take away from the experience. This is a great spot for food and/or drinks and the vibe is so cute. In the colder months there are igloos outside with heaters but we were seated inside.

We've heard good things about Goodyear and wanted to try it before we drove to our Airbnb in Pennsylvania. We had dinner here and it did not disappoint. We sat outside (Note to Self: Don't sit the chairs where the birds hang on the roof, you will get bird poop on your!) The weather was gorgeous (October) and the food wasn't disappointing either. I mean, the burger and shrimp/grits was not that spectacular, so don't get that, but everything else was awesome. We ordered snacks: corn curls, crispy balls, chopped wedge salad and cashew mac/cheese. All the snacks were really good and I definitely recommend those! Service was great. They checked in on us, gave us good recs and were super kind. Also, a great spot to walk around after you eat!

Unfortunately I didn't take any photos of the patio area this visit, but the ambiance here is unbeatable! Best patio in Charlotte by far. They've even added small fans to each table to keep bugs away from the food (which is a great touch since that's usually unavoidable otherwise when dining outdoors). The food itself is consistently fantastic. The cashew mac is so unique and flavorful and the salads are always fresh. I've never seen cannabis infused "cocktails" offered in Charlotte, and greatly enjoyed Goodyear's take on it! Our sever provided great recommendations and was super friendly and prompt. The food took a little while to arrive, but I visited on a Friday night during prime time so that's to be expected. Great presentation of everything. Will definitely be back before summer comes to a close!

Very cool spot in NoDa! The restaurant has a ton of space including a big outdoor area with several covered sections and heat lamps, which made eating outside very comfortable on a drizzly day in February. We got two shaken fry bags, one with togarashi and one with garlic-herb-parm, both of which were really flavorful. We also ordered the crispy rice balls, the Al pastor wings and the carrots. The standout was actually the carrots which were both sweet and savory, but everything was great!
