The Golden Waffle

Ate there for the first time. We sat at the bar and had great service. We ordered waffles and bacon. Both were good. Good local breakfast spot.

Get the biscuits! This place is the closest thing to mom making breakfast in the morning! You won't be disappointed!

The Golden Waffle has it going on. Very popular dining joint in Asheboro. They are open 24 hours and breakfast is available all day. Very good menu options at very reasonable prices. Fast and friendly service. The country ham is to die for. Small outdoor seating area. You need to try this place out, if you don't you won't know what you're missing.

We came out for a cabin retreat, and decided to stop for breakfast on our way home... and were pleasantly surprised. Service was great and efficient, location was CLEAN, and food was made to order, hot and delicious. My partner and I are real serious about our breakfast spots, and this place passed with flying colors. Affordable and open 24 hrs... you really can't beat it. We got waffles, eggs (scrambled soft ), turkey sausage, hash browns, and OJ.... And cleaned our plates. Would definitely recommend... owner was real personable and staff made you feel welcomed.

This restaurant fits like a warm glove. The food is exactly what you'd expect from a diner, and it was quick and good, and surprisingly cheap. Service was unexpectedly good too, really happy that I stopped at this place. Was coming from the west this morning along 64, passed a bunch of other restaurants to stop here for breakfast.... Would recommend y'all do too. Thank you Yelp for coming through on this one!

Always seems full but it's good food and people are nice. I love their hot dogs and fries and breakfast.

While waiting for our meal, the server went outside to smoke! The Cheerwine is unpleasant, and the other two staff members refused to assist; The food was lukewarm, and it was decent but should have been hot with only a few patrons there. The server would not approach the table unless she absolutely had to deliver something. I'm giving 2 stars because of the meal.

They have the best chef salad. I never eaten anything I didn't like here.Service is good it's not a big place. I never have been there when it wasn't busy

One of the best breakfast spots in Asheboro NC. The food was amazing. The amount of food you get for so little $ is awesome. The waitress was super nice and helpful. There was a small mess-up with one of my food items not coming out from the kitchen. Our waiter made things right. Atmosphere was awesome. Leaving now to go back again this morning.

The food at Golden Waffle is wonderful. My favorite is the strawberry waffle with whip cream. They offer breakfast, lunch and dinner and it's always open. The wattress's are very friendly and fast. The cooks prepare orders very fast and efficiently. The ambiance is always very friendly and happy. It is always very busy so if you go at mealtime be prepared to wait on a booth.
