Haven't been to the Flipside for breakfast in quite a while and had to drop my son off near by for a team breakfast with his soccer team. I sat at the corner of the bar so I can watch the PL Liverpool match while I eat my breakfast. Jerry was the server/bar tender and was hopping the entire I was seated take care of everyone at a busy bar. I settled on the pulled pork hash with eggs OE and a biscuit with gravy on the side. Jerry provided me BBQ sauce for an enhanced to the meal also. The potatoes were cooked through seasoned and crispy on the outside. At 9:30 when I sat down the alcohol serving countdown started complete with a mimosa prep station ready to go at 10am.Great breakfast to start my day in a welcoming and friend atmosphere. Cheers!

First off the food.. omg. I have yet to have a dish at any of the flip side restaurants that I didn't like. Everything is delicious. You always leave full and satisfied. The restaurant is decorated super cute and feels like home. I had the braised short ribs, the salad, and a banana desert. I wish I took pictures! I will definitely be going back. Even my daughter was impressed! Only complaint is it took a long time to get our food. And my food was partially cold.

This industrial décor restaurant has some great food and service. Our waiter was wonderful, very pleasant and friendly. We started with the Smoked Peach Old Fashioned and a coke. While my old fashioned was very good, it wasn't smoked and didn't even have a smoky taste. That was disappointing. Hubby and I both got the BBQ sloppy joes with sweet potato fries. The bun was a caramel colored and pillowy soft, lightly toasted and so buttery good. It covered a mound of sweet BBQ ground beef that had a layer of pimento cheese and crispy onions. You couldn't really taste the pimento as it was overpowered by the BBQ sauce, but I was still glad it was there. The crispy onions were a great compliment to the BBQ sauce. The sweet potato fries were nicely cooked, crispy on the outside with great flavor. We were too full for dessert but they did sound good. The bill was $42 and would recommend this place.

What a great way to start off our weekend thanks to Jerri who took great care of us from start to finish. She knew what we wanted before we asked and made excellent suggestions. She's a keeper! As for the food, you can't go wrong because everything on the menu is amazing. If you're looking for great food and great service definitely check this place out when you're in Fort Mill!!

Very cute and quaint cafe. I was seated immediately but after 5min still didn't have anyone come over to take my order in spite of multiple workers walking past me. Had to ask the hostess who my waitress was gonna be, but once she came over the service was great. I got the lobster omelette and a pancake and both were so good. Came out fresh and piping hot.

They don't serve breakfast all day but they made me an omelet. I thought all the food was average and I would try something else. The fries were good. The butternut squash soup was odd with a balsamic vinegar dressing drizzled on it. I had the lobster omelet and while it was real lobster, the flavor combination with cheddar cheese was not amazing. Grits were Luke warm.

Nice around the way neighborhood place but the chorizo hash to me seemed like it needed a lot of work to taste good. Chorizo was very crumbly and potatoes were on the burnt side. We were sat in a walkway next to a trashcan and bathroom which was uncomfortable, but the place was packed for brunch, so I appreciate the staff trying to fit in another table at least.

The worst cooked meal! My eggs where almost hard cooked. The portion of gravy was small my bacon was was a lot like my eggs over cooked. I have eaten at Flip side 5-10 times in pass, always eaten there. This was my 1st and last time getting it to go.

Decided to join a friend here today for brunch! This is my second time eating here, and I have to say that the food and service are both pretty consistent! I went with the shrimp and grits!! Mouth watering and every bite is truly filled with flavor! They do the shrimp and andouille sausage right! The sauce was so good that I asked for a side of it to add more! My friend got the salmon sandwich and fries and she said it was really good. If you're in the area and want a nice dish from a cute local restaurant, I'd say definitely give the a try. Looking forward to going back!

Came here early one morning because it's a place nearby that I always see very busy. I wanted coffee, good food and good atmosphere, and that's exactly what I got. I ordered the Banana French Toast and drip coffee. I'm very picky with coffee, but I have to say, this place does it right. Not watered down, weak coffee. And they keep it coming! I was so pleased, I can't wait to go back. I left feeling jittery and caffineated. Lol! Service is great, patrons are friendly. I really enjoyed my morning here with my friend. Unfortunately I didn't snap one photo. But everything we ordered was wonderful!
