The Factory

As someone who mainly works nights, most of the coffee shops I frequent are ones open until 7pm or later. This shop is not one of those (closing at 2pm most days) but I had reason to be in the area this morning and it was a good chance to try something new!This is a very cute shop with a small amount of inside seating and friendly staff. It appears there is outside seating sometimes as well with a canopy, but on my visit all the tables and chairs were stacked.The menu is extensive with both beverages and breakfast items, and it can be hard to choose. I wasn't hungry, so I didn't partake in the waffles, sandwiches, and soups offered, but they certainly sounded good.We ordered a Wacky Waffle hot latte and a Frankenstein frozen Oreo beverage. I'm not usually one for frozen stuff, but the Frankenstein was delicious and will certainly satisfy a sweet craving. We added an espresso shot to it for a little coffee twist and that was very good. The Wacky Waffle had a decent butterscotch undertone though it was heavy on the syrup which obscured the underlying flavor of coffee. I probably won't visit again for a while due to my lifestyle, but if I was a day walker I could certainly see this having a crowd of regulars!

The Gigi's Fresh Squeeze waffle was excellent. A perfect balance of warm decadence and fresh fruit flavor. Perfect for any fruit lover! The waffle was also beautifully fluffy with a nice crunch on the outside. The butter butter waffle was nice and filling probably could have gotten half a waffle as it was quite dense. The London fog was with notes of lavender. Amazing indoor and outdoor seating. Free WiFi is available. There is a restroom open to the public as well. The staff have classic southern charm friendliness. The ambiance is a hip Christian cafe.

If you're in lexington, NC, The factory is a must! What a fun concept of coffee and waffles. They had savory options too! If you know me, you know I got the one with fruity pebbles we all got a different waffle and shared so we could taste them all. 12/10 recommend! Oh to re-live this pleasant surprise experience again! My friends and I decided to make a trip to Lexington to soak in the local flavors, and after seeing some pics from someone of this place, decided to include it in our foodie journey. This was a GREAT decision. If you are looking for a treat that blurs that line heavily between breakfast and dessert, or just for a nice cup of coffee, the Factory has you covered.We really took the shotgun approach, everyone ordering a waffle from the menu and then doing things family style (after living that #PhoneEatsFirst life first and getting all the pics). It would be hard to find a waffle they've missed. From their special fruity pebbles waffle, to an incredibly beautiful blackberry waffle, and probably my favorite from a taste perspective... the nutella banana waffle... there was not a miss in the crowd. You just need to check out the pics and you'll see real fast how this place just hits different.This will not be the last time we visit the Factory, that is for sure!

Second time coming here and still very pleased very good food and drinks . Staff is always nice and helpful , very busy hectic but homey feeling . Will continue to be a treat on occasions

I loved this coffee shop located in Lexington (population 18,000). MENU AND DRINKSYou can pick some good savory and pastries and cold and hot coffee drinks. I had the macadamia milk latte, and it was great. LOCATION AND PARKINGThis cute city is located in central North Carolina, 20 miles south of Winston-Salem. The Factory is located in a nice area with its own free parking lot.Staff was friendly and the vive is definitely cozy and friendly.I can't wait to come back!

A not so secret small town gem although it was my first time visiting and we were very well impressed. Such a cute little breakfast spot with small town charm. They have a variety of coffee items and breakfast treats from cinnamon rolls, waffles, and French toast. My daughter got a BYO waffle with fresh strawberries, chocolate and caramel drizzle topped with whipped cream. I got the delicious wafflewicb with bacon egg and cheese. My husband got a redbull zinger which was refreshing. The Lexington legend was my daughters favorite drink - white chocolate, caramel and vanilla I believe. I can't remember what mine was called but it was good as well! Definitely going to make this a regular spot.

Great food for a reasonable price. Employees are helpful and diligent. Nice quiet atmosphere that's a little too religious for my liking but not noticeable enough to effect my mood

Sooo I was in town visiting my niece and we wanted a quick breakfast sandwich and coffee and this was perfect! Friendly ; saw a few people working on their laptops. The waffles were fluffy and small so perfect. I had a bacon egg and cheese and it absolutely was delish! I also had the Wacky Waffle coffee hot and it was delish, tomorrow morning when I return I am going to get it in a larger size because the touch of butterscotch made it hit! Overall it's cute and quaint and plenty of seating for a nice brunch with a small group. The decorum and self serve area is so dainty and cute! Definitely will make sure to check them out again before leaving back to Syracuse!

Amazing workers, atmosphere, drinks and food! We recently found this place and decided to have our baby shower here. It was absolutely perfect and everyone couldn't wait to come back! Highly recommend for a coffee date, breakfast or small event.
