Food was amazing! Service was friendly! Food was cooked fresh so a little bit longer of a wait but absolutely worth it!!!

Being from NYC where I'm able to get breakfast at any given time. My hubby and I were happy to know that we were able to have breakfast after 2pm. FOOD WAS SO GOOD! Service was great as well. Ambiance is a bonus for feeling like grandma's kitchen. Our server Lynn F was such a sweetheart. We will definitely be back. This was a ride well worth it from BC NC

Covid Times, no more buffet.We stopped here when they had the buffet open and we knew they probably no longer offered it because of covid.Now while dining in you order off the menu only, but there is something for everyone. Have to say the waitress we had was very nice, attentive and friendly.We actually wanted our wings as a appetizer but our dinners came out first. The food was served hot and not bad at all. I couldn't eat everything , I really wanted the wings.I have to say they were pretty good! I really liked the medium sauce they had. The decor is nothing to be desired but everything seemed clean, and they practiced social distancing, the tables were spaced out.Overall we would go back, they offer different specials which the wings were .75 cents this evening.

The breakfast is the way to go here! I absolutely love that you get so much food for a low cost! And it tastes great! The livermush omelet and biscuit and gravely are my 2 favorites to get!!! The service is always great and the staff is so friendly. The atmosphere is just a small town local eatery that you feel at home at.

My husband and I stopped in because I needed to eat and we never over look the places that don't look like much. They're usually the best. It wasn't too busy in there. We were seated immediately and got our drinks. I can't decide on anything even if it would save my life so choosing from all of their yummy sounding options was hard. I settled on the fantail shrimp with pinto beans and hush puppies. When I tell you they don't skimp on the hush puppies trust me. You could've made a whole meal out of them. My husband who usually doesn't eat them even ate them. He also got the shrimp with corn nuggets. The only complaint I had about the nuggets is they were too small. It's some place I'll keep in mind for a family night out.

Great lace to eat just about anything. Steak and chicken good as anywhere. Sometimes when they're slammed the service is slow but that's to be expected. Good seafood, bbq too. Our favorite place to eat in Shelby!

We dined in for the first time here recently, the food was good. Sirloin was a bit fatty which was to be expected for the small price. Their sour cream was "homemade" and had a strange smell/look to it, another patron actually verbally complained from another table and we overheard. We did not say anything about it because it's not worth complaining about, they did notify the other customer that they do have regular sour cream available. The service was not excellent, it was just good, the waitress & staff were all very friendly and the manager did come out to check on everyone, but we had to request refills even when our cups were empty for a while, and we had to ask for sauces more than once because the waitress forgot which is OK because she had other tables! We understand that! We will definitely return to this restaurant. Prices were great, food was good, service was good.

Good food, good service, and use a little more upgrades to their ambiance side. Overall it's worth the experience

food was terrible. it was hidden under a full plate of grits, which I didn't order and didn't eat. actually didn't eat any of it. I would have paid more to get only what I asked for and ordered. I wont be back.
