The Cigar Hut

Only stop in here if I'm in the area, otherwise its not worth a 50 minute drive one way from my house just to come here.The bearded guy behind the counter has never greeted me anytime I have entered the store and has never spoken to me other than on a rare occasion, you might get a Thank-you when you pay, yet you will notice the entire time you are in the humidor, he will watch you like a hawk and if you stay in there too long he will come in there and check up on you, I guess because he thinks you are going to steal something. SMFH!They have one cigar, Easy Eddie's which is a JR Cigar Nicaraguan puro that is really good for the money and I will buy a few while I'm there, but like I said nothing else in this store makes its worth a 50 minute one way drive just to come here.

The Cigar Hut is a great place for cigars in Hickory, North Carolina. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the overall experience was definitely a positive one. I would definitely recommend to visit here.

Best place in Hickory or in the surrounding area to get cigars and house blended pipe tobacco

This place is like toys r us to me I love that they always have what I want at a good price and you can even chill out their and smoke and enjoy you're time as well good place to hang with friends and talk about cigars

The man I asked for cigar information lied his butt off about the cigars. Said they were long filler, then later I found out it was short filler. He also was not friendly and didn't greet me and my family. Prices were ok but the staff are a bunch of liars and buttholes..

Good selection and friendly staff. I try to make it down here at least weekly. I don't stay, I buy my sticks to go, but if you want to hang out they have comfortable seating areas with a big screen TV to watch. Now if they could serve me a nice cognac to go with my Oliva V I might be tempted to hang out.

Short trip in Hickory, but had to stop here for a cigar! Great selection in my opinion and a large open area for smoking and TV watching. They have a great selection of pipe and pipe tabacco as well as hookah tabacco. If your looking for a stogie or something for your pipe, stop here!

Great selection of cigars. They even have a few cigars that most shops don't carry. Nice atmosphere and doesn't get too smokey. The owner isn't the friendliest person, but I'm okay with that. I've been here several times and even came to an event catered by altis and hickory brewing.
