The Cheesecake Factory

We came for lunch. I had a skinnilious burger and beet and avocado salad (I will get that again)Mom had sandwich and salad she enjoyed it.Our server Autumn was awesomeIt's a newer restaurant so the environment was nice and new.

We were greeted with a smile by the hostess and seated immediately. Very different from opening week with all the hussle and bustle . Glad I came back to try it again. It had a great atmosphere. Our server Brigit was cool. Had the Crispy Crabcake Bites with a mustard sauce. It came with six small crabcakes. I mom had a sweet tea, and my sister had a coconut mojito both were pretty good. To eat we tried the Shrimp Scampi and Steak Diane. It was really tasty and had a delicious sauce with mashed potatoes. Wr also tired the Shrimp Chicken Gumbo that was a little salty for my liking. Be warned the menu is extensive and can be very overwhelming, take your time and consider coming back to try something else. They have a full bar with two TVs. Clean bathrooms, god god. We got to dessert a to go, the Upside Down Pineapple, and my husband got Tiramisu.I signed up for the Loyality Reward Program. We will definitely return with family and friends.

With all of the other surrounding businesses at Birkdale Village, it's hard to find parking on a Saturday night. I would subtract a point because we were a party of 7 for a birthday dinner. Although we were seated quickly, the hosts were nice and friendly and our server and food were top tier, I didn't like that we were seated in a booth for 6, and they added a chair to the end of the table, which blocks the isle. The table was crowded once we all received our food. They do have tables that accommodate 7 so not sure why they would crunch 7 people at the table. At the same time, 1 person in our party was stuck in teaffic and was a few mins late. The host kept coming around asking if we needed the chair that THEY put in the aisle. The food and service from our waitress was really good so we made it work. My daughter got the lemon raspberry cheesecake and it was THE best!

I am a fan of Cheesecake Factory(s) in the ATL -good food served fast with friendly staff. This location the wait time to be seated was almost 30 mins. with only 50% capacity already seated. Wait time for food on table was long as well. Yes the food was great. However, I will return one more time because I'm a fan of Cheesecake Factory!

Outstanding. We went for my birthday. We got there they had a party of 50. They were still able to take care of us.

Great food ; Delani was very attentive and friendly , ambiance is always nice. Fresh food. Music was nice and not too loud. Nice crowd.

Cheesesteak factory in huntersville was very packed and we had to wait for about an hour so we sat at the bar and had drinks and appetizers. That hour went by quickly for our party of 6. After being seated our waitresses was very nice and the evening breezed by the chicken piccata was good and the chicken and shrimp gumbo was good as well. Just make a reservation!

Was excited a Cheesecake Factory opened closer to home. 3 friends and I decided to give it a try after attending an expo. It was a Sunday afternoon and we got on the list for a 50 minute wait. Ok, it was busy. We got our "table is ready" text at 2:11 and were seated 10 minutes later. 10 minutes after that our drink order and app was taken. 10 minutes after that our drinks arrive 5 minutes later app arrives. 15 minutes later our order was taken. 25 minutes later our food arrived but not all together. All in all we spent over 2 hours in the restaurant with very poor service. The food was decent but after the terribly long wait, it definitely didn't make the experience worth it. Would probably do a call in order if ever in the future. Too bad. I wanted to love it

My experience this time around was not the best, unfortunately.This location is located in birkdale, I decide to go for an early lunch, 1. To beat the crowd, because parking is horrendous in birkdale! I ordered a peach bellini and the meatballs for an appetizer to start. The bellini is *chef's kiss* every time I go to cheesecake factory! The meatballs came with some bread and they were phenomenal! Seasoned to perfection, the sauce had a bit of sweetness to it, and it was piping hot! Fantastic, give me 15 of those! For the entrée I ordered the steak and shrimp scampi Diane but asked for pasta instead of mashed potatoes. I ordered my steak medium well however when I received my dish the steak was bland and over cooked, the pasta was bland but the shrimp was cooked perfectly. I forgot to omit the garlic cloves on my original order, but that was my fault. I sent it back to be remade. I made it a point to ask not to have the garlic cloves the 2nd time around, but when they remade it the steak pieces were once again bland and super small, and the dish was packed with garlic cloves which I asked to have omitted, I decided I did not want the dish at all because I was not satisfied with the quality. I asked our server Rachel for a lemonade to go, she brought back a lemonade to go that had what looked to be a piece of onion peel floating in it. I brought it to her attention and she tried to tell me it was probably and orange or something, I forgot what she said. But it was def a onion peel and not something that should be in my lemonade, either way nothing should be floating in my drink. This really made her upset with me, she let out a loud sigh took the lemonade and walked off. When she brought out what I presume was a new lemonade, she placed it on the table and walked off as I was thanking her. I get it, people are annoying when they send food back, I hardly ever do that, however I was polite and cheesecake factory has a standard to uphold. If I'm paying my hard earned money, I expect to receive good quality food.. I thought about leaving her a sizeable tip, but when her attitude shifted so did my plans for the tip! I don't belive in not tipping, so I still tipped but again had to adjust that. I hope this is taken as constructive criticism. Anyway, I love cheesecake factory down, and I'm hoping that this was just a one off situation.

I ordered a salad with added steak bites. Salad was fresh. Steak Bites were deliciousKey lime cheesecake slice for desertthe keylime flavoring was waaay too strong! Tasted like the baker spilled the flavoring in-10 for this! I bite I was done. Service was good.
