The Casual Pint - Rivergate

I have been here before. Great place to try local and some non-local craft beer. 35 taps. Haven't tried the food. Great service right at the bar.

The Buffalo chicken sandwich is usually something I go to when there aren't any other go to options on the menu, and this option wouldn't be my go to neither. Sandwich felt like it had small square pieces of chicken that you would have diced in a salad, and it was very scarce in the wrap as well. The wrap was filled with greens and I left feeling hungry.Service was really good though and the bar tenders spoke with all their guest. They also have a WIDE variety of beer that beer lovers can enjoy, I just happened to not be drinking that night. Beer lovers enjoy but if you're looking for a quick late night bite, you may want to explore other options.

This place is our vibe! The staff is always nice and always helps with our drink choices. We have come a couple times and every time is just great! They have games, karaoke, music and sometimes just chill, depending when you come. Oh, we love the egg rolls here! Highly recommend you come on a Friday night!

If you like craft beer and bottle shops, you will love the Casual Pint. To start, they have an awesome selection of local craft beer. You can get a good idea of the beer in the region by coming here. On draft, they were heavy on IPAs, stouts, and sours. They also had porters, pilsners, lagers, and a cider on draft. No Belgians, though, which made me sad, but they did have a lonely Hefeweizen.It is like a sports bar so there are plenty of TVs to watch sports. There is both a bar area and a seating area with tables. There is also an outside patio. On my visit, it was way too cold to be sitting outside. There are games to play here, mostly board games. They have a list of events, so if you are planning to visit during the week, you may want to visit their website to see what the happenings are.What I was really impressed by is their awesome selection of cans and bottles. And when I say awesome, I mean awesome. So many local craft beer delicacies. They also have food, I tried the chicken quesadilla with bacon for $1 extra. It was good. Came with salsa and sour cream. The salsa was both spicy and delicious. I enjoyed the salsa the most.Since I am going to be in the area for a while, I am going to try and frequent the Casual Pint. As far as a beer venue, the Casual Pint exceeds all my needs.

Stopped in last week after unpacking two houses worth of items.Wife and I have been looking for a watering hole.We expected that the food would be fresh and service staff used proper hygiene. But after the first glass of wine and beer we indulged in, we noticed the staff coming in and out from smoking and not washing hands.We ate the sidewinders as recommended by our bartender. They literally came out of a frozen section of Costco.Good atmosphere, but the service could use some work.Recommended from a colleague, did not live up to expectations.

the Casual Pint is a small bar/restaurant located in Rivergate shopping center. Relatively small location with a long bar, and a small bit of seating. There is also a small retail area with a shelving area with warm and cold beer.The beer selection is terrific for such a small location, they have 35 taps all of which are occupied with craft beer. A lot of local offerings as well. I believe they also have a couple of taps with wine. They have food, but I haven't ordered any on any of my visits.The staff has always been friendly and attentive.Overall I really enjoy this place, and will be back any time I am in the area.

If you are a beer lover, this is a great place. I know the have wine and other drinks, but I go there for the great selection of beers! I've always had friendly and attentive service. Bruce and Nikki are great and always willing to listen to any issues

One of the best places in the Rivergate area.Owner and Manager are absolutely fantastic.Do yourself a favor, stop in for bite and a pint or 2.

I love this place!! Great staff, good food and tons of adult beverage options. I've turned it into my "office" a few times a week and always feel welcome. I go during the day to hang with Nikki and Bruce but the evening crew is awesome too! Plus they have tons events and weekly trivia, live music etc...Highly recommend checking them out!
