The perfect venue! We had our wedding here on September 30th, 2023. The staff go above and beyond to make your day just how you want it. David, Traci and Janet are amazing. Their onsite caterer LaTeaDas has the best food! Everyone complimented on how amazing their food was. If I could do my wedding again I would 100% come back to the Brawley Estate.

This venue is beautiful and the management is great. We had our daughter's wedding here and everything went smoothly and professionally. The onsite caterer serves delicious food. Everything was set up exactly as we requested. I don't get he negative comment by another reviewer about the acoustics. Our DJ was able to have our guests on the dance floor all night! The serving staff was courteous and professional. If you are in the Charlotte area and need to host an event...look no further!

Brawley Estate is a pretty facility with lots of history but once you experience an event here, you're not likely to return. If you have music or someone on a microphone at your event, you will leave with a headache. The cement floor creates the worst echo and acoustics you'll ever experience. We could not hear the people standing next to us. Our event had an Auctioneer and to this day, not many people knew what they were bidding on or the actual price of the current bid..... because the sound was one big echo. We walked outside to get away from the noise and we overheard other folks commenting their heads were hurting and ears were ringing. The lines for beer and wine were very long. When we asked our organization about the situation, they told us Brawley Estate employees were supposed to be walking around with trays of beer and wine. This did not occur.Although the staff was kind, the quality of the food was horrendous and not acceptable for a venue at this price point. Small portions of tasteless chicken in brown sauce and greasy spinach dip. With the correct upgrades in acoustics design and an overhaul in the kitchen, this could become a great venue.
