The Best NY Bagel Deli

finally. FResh Real NY bagels in NC. Lovely folks that work there and run it who happily handed me my order when covid distancing.

I've tried to find this place numerous times. Nowhere to be found ‍ saw it got low ratings from the health inspector though so maybe that's a good thing lol

Don't waste your time. Very slow service, out of most bagels on the weekend. It's a shame - the location is good and there seems to be demand, but this place is not competently run.

Bacon egg and cheese was fantastic on an everything bagel. Just like I used to have in NYC! Staff was nice.

Be warned: the sign on top says Sprinkles, but this is not Sprinkles! This bagel shop is gross. I found a bug by the coffee station, and the bagels made my boyfriend and I sick. Avoid!

I walked in and one male employee was chatting up a female customer. He did not do as much as nod at me or acknowledge my presence in any way. Another male employee brushed past me on his way to the kitchen and still nothing from him . I expect at least a "Hi!" I will be right with you or " Welcome." I stood there for about a minute and turned and walked out. Food may be good but I will never find out as the MOST important thing for me is being genuinely appreciated as a customer.

Awful! I don't know why you have times posted on the door and are not open! After getting through all the crazy traffic and to find them not open, really pisses me off. Then when they are open the worker (women/accent) stayed on her phone the entire time. Through like 4 customer... really? The young guy that works there is always on his ipod in the corner. Why bother coming in? The dark haired girl is very nice and my order is correct, but she is running around trying to do everything. Ugh! Food is good, service is not!
