Loved this cozy little spot! We had a party of 6 on a busy last night of Christmas lights, but were able to enjoy the delicious authentic Italian! I only regret not taking photos of the food but take my empty plate as an estimate of the deliciousness of the food itself! The service was great and the host and servers were bilingual which was wonderful in accommodating. Really enjoyed the family style vibe and all that we ate! It's in a tiny little town with a very small mains street, which during the lighting for the holidays makes you feel like you're in a Christmas card!

The waitress made a mistake with my order and never explained why my dish was late. When my dish finally arrived my husband had already eaten his spaghetti (which was a small portion by the way) both the spaghetti and pizza had a bit too much garlic for my taste. Won't be recommending this restaurant or coming back. Also felt rushed to leave once we were done eating.

The staff is attentive but be ready to wait a long time for your table... I guess it's a sign of value by locals. We ordered some appetizers (fried calamari, bruschetta, and mozzarella sticks for the kids) and the were all delicious, although focused for the American palate. We also ordered pizzas which were delicious. The crust had some give to it which indicates freshness. It did not have the typical air bubbles from Neapolitan pizza but they don't claim it to be. I wanted to order from the specials menu, but they were not serving from it. I ordered the fresh fettuccini in bolognese sauce and it was divine, I truly authentic ragú!

This time we went and ate dinner inside, so felt an update was necessary. I'd give it 3.5 stars - the food and service were good, but it was heavy handed on the sauce. The rigatoni was the better of the 2 pasta dishes, as it had more variety of flavor. My kids liked their spaghetti but didn't eat the meatball after trying a bite (kids...who knows why). My husband got a calzone again and was as happy as could be. Overall, it's a solid, family friendly Italian spot with something for everyone on the menu!

Wanted to try a local restaurant after flying in. Great menu and specials. Prices very reasonable for food quality. Tried salad, pizza, and house made lasagna. All great. Nice selection of wines, beers, cocktails . Waiter very helpful with explaining dishes too. They make many pastas in house with Italian flour. I just want to come back and try another dish! Great welcome to the area!

Worst Valentine's Day Dinner EVER!I'll lead by adding that we wrote FIRST to the Terra Mia Email address and gave them a full week to respond and make things right before posting this review. We have not received ANY response or acknowledgement. My family's Valentine's Day dinner at Terra Mia was an absolute disaster. We had a 5pm reservation and arrived a few minutes early, excited for a special occasion. What followed was a two-hour ordeal of neglect, incompetence, and ultimately, no food. We were seated promptly enough, but that's where the positive experience ended. Our server seemed utterly clueless, unable to answer basic questions about the specials and even getting my steak order completely wrong. We ordered two calamari appetizers, and only one arrived, overcooked and clearly having sat under a heat lamp for far too long. The second calamari order never materialized, and our server seemed to have vanished into thin air.The wait for our entrees was excruciating. We watched as other tables, seated after us, received their meals, ate, and even left. Meanwhile, we sat with empty drinks, dirty dishes piling up, and growing hunger. Our server was nowhere to be found, and when we finally managed to flag her down, we were met with repeated, empty promises of "five more minutes." This became a cruel joke as the minutes ticked by and our stomachs rumbled. We had specifically mentioned wanting to be finished by 7pm, a reasonable two-hour window, but that request was completely disregarded.After an hour and a half of waiting, with no food in sight, we finally escalated the situation to the manager. His response was dismissive and unapologetic, blaming the "busy" night. He offered no solutions, no apologies, and no attempt to rectify the situation. It became painfully clear that our entrees hadn't even been started yet, two hours after our reservation time. At that point, with our 7pm deadline long past and our hunger reaching unbearable levels, we had no choice but to leave. We walked out of the restaurant, hungry, frustrated, and completely disgusted.Our Valentine's Day dinner ended with grilled cheese sandwiches at home. This was a complete embarrassment, especially for my father, who had raved about Terra Mia. The restaurant ruined our special night, and their complete lack of professionalism and basic customer service is appalling. I would strongly advise anyone considering dining here to think twice. This was, without a doubt, the worst restaurant experience I have ever had.

We understand this is a busy time of year, but we've called this place 74 times as if this morning - during their business hours - and they do NOT answer their phone. Not once. This is the worst kind of customer neglect. We will absolutely repay their negligence with as many posts about this, on as many sites as possible.
