Ten58 Sports Bar And Lounge

Stopped in for a surprise birthday gathering and Ten58 did not disappoint! My good friend reserved the back, private space for a group of 30+ guests and it was the perfect place to gather. The service was great! Even with such a large party, the servers were attentive and patient. Now lets get into the food! Being that we were with a large group, they were bringing lots of small bites around the space for us to try. GOOD EATS--the creamy crawfish dip was hot, cheesy, and delicious! the lemon pepper wings were great but the mambo wings were my fav! the pepperoni and cheese pizza were hot and delicious as well!

I had an absolutely horrible experience at this establishment, and it was all thanks to Alisa S. From the moment we were greeted by a wonderful server, things seemed promising--until Alisa S. aggressively took over our table in the most hostile manner. Her attitude was completely unsavory, and her customer service was DOA.To make matters worse, the collard greens dip was ridiculously small for the price, lacked flavor, and was not worth it at all. When we tried to address the issue, Alisa stood by watching as we explained how uncomfortable and unprofessional she was, yet management only solution was to offer free drinks--completely dismissing the real problem.I brought friends from out of town expecting a great experience, and instead, we were met with rudeness, hostility, and poor service that cannot be undone. Alisa S. clearly does not care about this establishment or the paying customers who support it. If management truly values its reputation, they need to take action--starting with firing Alisa S. immediately.

Went to watch a football game. Was not packed at all. Smaller inside than expected. Waitress was great and hopefully with menu and drinks. Wanted beer and they were out of a lot of their beer on tap. Their Makers Mark tasted strong and different so kind of no complaints there haha. Food wasn't to bad. Did have an itch in my throat the next day. Not sure if it was from the hookah, semi clean glassware or that it was just cold outside but thought that was weird. Would possibly go back around panthers season to see what crowd the bring.

At first glance, felt a bit underwhelming, and there was a noticeable scent of grease in the air during my visit. However, what the atmosphere lacked, the food more than made up for! The lemon pepper wings were absolutely delicious (they could give Wingstop a run for their money,) and fries. On top of that, the bartenders were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which added to the overall experience.

Ten58 is an awesome sports bar with a nice vibe. There is seating in the front & there is a lounge in the back. Lots of TVs and cute decor. Service was nice from start to finish and everyone was very helpful with suggestions. The food was bomb! Those strawberry hot wings, buffalo wings (10/10) and lobster pizza (9/10) were all delicious! Drinks were strong and hookah was made just right! We definitely look forward to returning for more game days.

Service is super friendly and quick to take your order. It a sports bar but with the right crowd you can also get the full stock lunge feel. There is outdoor seating but I prefer the inside. I'm not a high top table fan so luckily there are lower tables and even a secret back section. Decor is all about the Panthers and Georgia (Go Gamecocks!). The food is really good. I had sliders and they were cooked just how I asked. I wish onions came on them but I asked for some and they do have chopped onions on deck. Good aioli sauce for the burger as well. The fries were hot and fresh.

My experience at Ten58 Restaurant & Lounge was absolutely trash. Our server, Jayda, had the worst attitude imaginable. It took her 20 minutes just to bring me a refill on my soda, and she brought me a Pepsi product after I specifically asked for Sprite (Coke Product). I thought it was odd for this place to appear "upscale" and located downtown, that she also gave me a mini size "Starry" brand soda and proceeded to say "you can hold on to that, if you need any more refills". I was extremely confused and puzzled. She then took 45 minutes to bring my friend her hookah. To top it off, Jayda and an older black lady, who seemed to be a member of management, made their own hookah right in front of us. Another server, a light-skinned lady, was confrontational when my friend asked her to take her order because Jayda wasn't helping us. Although the garlic Parmesan wings were tasty, the overall experience was very classless. They didn't have printed menus or a QR code to access the menu--Jayda (our server) had to airdrop me a picture of it. The aura was extremely unwelcoming and could've been avoided by following basic customer service standards in the restaurant industry. The restaurant also charges an automatic gratuity of 18% to your order. There is limited parking across the street for about $13-$15. I don't recommend!! Don't waste your time or money with them.

My family and I went here on a Friday to watch the basketball game. I love the interior of the bar. My brother was raving about the collard green dip, but I was on the fence about trying it. The collard green dip was delicious. I ordered a cheese flatbread. It was very cheesy & crispy without me requesting that it be prepared crispy. I took some of my flatbread to go. When I reheated it the next day, it tasted the same. The service was excellent. Overall I had a great experience and I would like to visit again.

I had the crawfish dip which was pretty good. The service was just good being that it was super busy! The ambiance was nice as well.

I went with full intentions on supporting a black business. However the service we received definitely caused them to lose my support. 3.6 stars is very low so I was hoping, I could help the rating but they lived up to their score. The ambience is nice. The location is ideal. The staff spent most of their time talking to each other and smoking hookah. There were not menus or QR codes to scan. When asked if they had a drink menu, I was offered a AirDrop menu, but it only had food. I was told that they can just make me whatever I drink. (I specifically came in for their specialty drinks) but was never offered any detail of these drinks, which they advertise on a wall TV. I had to go back and look at their instagram page and hand pick drinks from a video to see if that was available for me to get. It would have been overall helpful if some of that information was just simply provided. There were about seven people total at the time we went. With that observation, it was not busy and we should have gotten prompt service. I received my drink, but it took me about 30mintues to get my hookah. While waiting on my hookah a lady walked in and stood with the staff. She received her hookah first. I almost canceled my order because that didn't make sense. The hookah I ordered should've came first(I ordered first). It was assumed she was management. Since there were only 7 ppl in there, walking around to make sure guest were happy would've been ideal as management. Perfect time to connect and make sure business is smooth. I received attitude from one server when I asked if I could simply place my order thru her. The funny thing about it was that she told me I could order from anybody, but gave me attitude while I ordered from her. If I could order from anyone, what is the big deal? She proceeded to tell me that my server was simply taking someone's order. I said that's OK. Can I still order from you since I can order from anyone? At that point I knew spending any more money here was a no go for me. Every time you ride by they look closed and overall I can't see myself coming back. Also the hookah ain't $30 with gratuity.
