Ten Seconds Yunnan Rice Noodle

I came here with a small group and have never tried Yunnan rice noodles before. I was happy to see that, since I don't eat beef or pork, there was a fish option for me to enjoy the experience. For the drink, I first ordered the taro milk tea with coconut jelly since they were out of boba but it was still very delicious and probably the best taro milk tea I've tried. I then got the Szechuan Pepper Fish Filet Rice Noodles with less spice but I could've gotten the regular spiciness. The rice noodles were cooked super well and everything else in it was so good!The place itself was a bit smaller but you can tell regulars seem to go there quite a bit. The service was amazing as the people working there were super nice and accommodating.

Ten Seconds is a chain, which I had no idea, but when my family said to come here to try it out I would never say no. Interior wise, it's a normal spot, clean. I will get right to the chase...food.We ordered the original, brisket. The broths are flavorful and this is a dish/noodle soup that you can't find anywhere else. They do have other locations, some in Atlanta, however in Charlotte it seems like they have a little monopoly. Broth comes super flavorful, and if you don't finish you can always take home the broth and use it in a combination of other dishes that you make at home. This isn't the same as ramen, but of course I see similarities.Each noodle soup comes with little side dishes that you can mix yourself, and basically choose what you want to go into your noodles. You mix it and be careful of eating because it will be extremely hot. It comes out piping, basically broth that just boiled and then immediately served to you.Overall, would definitely recommend to come try out Ten Seconds. If you like it, you'll immediately recognize it again when you try out different restaurants that offer Yunnan Rice Noodles.

If you like hot pot and noodles, you will like this. The broths are super flavorful. I just wished the meat portions were a bit bigger. The 6 slices of meat in my picture is all you get unless you order extra.

We were starved! Orders came out quickly with a smile. The crispy tonkatsu style pork was just perfect. Pigs ear n fungus complimented. Our go to for a last minute dinner tonight. No take home tonight bc we ate it all! Comfort food . Thanks, Ten Seconds!

We ordered the pork chop rice, sliced beef szechuan pepper soup, ramen, and kimchi stew. Everything came out so quick and delicious. It was a very good experience and we hope to try some more delicious meals. Inside looked nice, has spacious seating options and we enjoyed our time there. The servers were kind and answered all our questions.

Service was great, always made sure we were satisfied. Ambience was super cute! The food was absolutely amazing especially if you love rice noodles. I will definitely be going back and trying the other meats. I got the spicy beef flank, with beef slices as a side.

I love this place so much. Anytime I'm on that side of town this is where I'm going and that says a lot considering how many other places are around that I want to try. My first visit I was advised to get the sour spicy broth with the beef and boy she was not wrong. Since then I've tried the mild broth ( I was sharing with my mom that can't eat spicy food) but it was not the one for me. The popcorn chicken and spicy cucumbers have also become must orders. This soup is great anytime but even better when you are sick. It will clear you right up

I have ate here numerous times. It is always delicious. I always say to my husband how it is criminal that this place doesn't stay packed in the few times that we've went. There's nothing fancy about this place but the servers make you feel like home. It's a no BS, cut to the chase kind of meal. It is situated in a nice shopping center. There are ample free parking.

Quite the experience! I have to warn you; their understanding of hot just about knocked me off the chair. You're brought a boiling caldron of "soup" and you add the ingredients that you order separately. Very pleasant decor with fast service, I mean FAST!

Delicious ramen soup! We tried the soups our friendly server recommended, pork chop soup for me and pepper steak spicy soup for my friend. You add the vegetables, spices, pickled veggies and lettuce to the hot broth. Then you add the noodles the last ten seconds.The flavors were delicious and savory.I liked the noodles and the mushrooms the best! Pork chop meat was tender but a little chewy. I think I would do chicken next time. The soup comes in a hot pot. We loved the gyoza dumplings and spring rolls. Bubble teas were great!
